Scam artists say they have a pending claim against me and they need to have a call fom me or my retained attorney. I've had these same type of calls from other numbers and several people I know have had them too. They are all a scam.

I got a call today from 470-375-9966.   THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They are identifying themselves as City Management out of Atlanta, Georgia.  They claim They have a case against me, and if I didn't pay them, they would come and take me to jail.  When I asked them for a case number, they hung up the telephone.

Received a call from Citi Management at 470-375-9966 claiming I had a loan out in my name.  NEVER ASKED ME TO VERIFY WHO I WAS... When I asked for the claim number they skirted around the question and tried to get personal information out of me and never gave me what I requested.  THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!! DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS.  CLAIMING TO HAVE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU

Jessica Scott from Citi Management Group claimed that her call to a specific manager regarded "a personal business matter."  That's usually code for "collection agency," especially since she left a reference number.  Reading these posts just confirmed my suspicion.

Received a message on our office General VM from a Ms. Jessica Scott it too was from Lilburn GA she left a reference # and the person was to call back ASAP.  

Recieved a call with alleged claims filed against me and the County Prosecutors office would be filing charges against me if I did not return the call immediately.  This caller claimed her name was Miss Cook.  She stated "good luck"  before she ended the voice mail message.  SCAM.  

UPDATE:  Here’s more dirt on Citi Management Group, which called four more times in the past week for the same staffer.  1) Marshall Carter wanted to talk about “a pending legal complaint.”  His direct line (678-528-1514) also led to CMG.  I advised that his associate left a message the day before, but he claimed not to understand.  2) David Wilson’s reason was “personal business” (Caller ID showed 470-375-9966).  He declined to leave a message, stating that he’d try his intended target’s “private cell” and quickly hanging up.  By now, the employee had contacted them and proved he was the wrong person, but the harassment continued.  3) Marshall Carter returned under the same pretext but now requested either Human Resources or the Legal Department.  Screening made him defensive; he demanded to know who I was to determine whether he spoke with anyone.  I confronted him with the information supplied by the manager and what I’d learned from his phone number plus the fact that the company doesn’t accept calls from debt collectors, but he denied everything.  I finally sent him to Legal’s general mailbox.  4) Don Reynolds asked for HR “to verify information concerning personnel and policy.”  He refused to elaborate but left his number (470-375-9966, which also appeared on Caller ID).  I used the same tactic on him as I did with Mr. Carter, and he hung up while I was in mid-sentence. Long story short, I turned the situation over to Security.

My hr at work left me a message saying that this number 470-375-9966 called and said there was a complaint against my name and social security number.  When i tried to call the number back it says this number is not available in the directory.  The name that was left was ms. Cook.  

Received a message from 4703759966 stating I have a loan that need to be repaid or legal actions was going to take place. His name was Frank ext 319.When I asked why there phone number was listed as a scam number he tried to give me a website to go on. I told him to have a nice day and hung up but he called back I told him to do whatever he needs to do and hung up again.

The number was 470-375-9968, she said her name was victoria gomez and said I have a debt with the company she represented (name of company not given) she said I took a payday loan with such company in 2012 and I defrauded the company by giving them a "bad" check. she said she was filing charges with my county. I told her I have never taken a pay day loan online or otherwise, she said she didn't care and she was willing to settle this claim right now if I paid her 3500.00 for a supposed 500.00 loan, I told her I would not do such thing she read my ss number, address and the bank I bank with. I told her I would go to my bank and verify this info because by now I'm scared she has my info. (my bank assured me no such loan was ever received EVER,) she asked me if I had small children and then she said she would finally cut me a break and settle for 795.00 when I told her I was reporting her to the police she laughed and hung up the phone. needless to say I filed a police report and will contact Morgan and Morgan tomorrow.

678 685 9586 Called me on my cell phone (which is a brand new number.)  A female asked if indeed was Andrea.  I asked 'whos calling' and she began to explain a lawsuit against me for not repaying a loan.  She was giving this info without really knowing who she was speaking to.  She repetitively asked for my email address to send me documents regarding this matter.  When I declined to give me any information she said she'd document the fact that I have been warned and ended with "good luck."
She later called again from 478 254 9863 which was ignored.
I called the numbers back later to see what/who exactly they are and a "black" woman was very rude and smart [***] about telling me who the company was.  Google doesn't detect these numbers and the BBB has horrible complaints on this "citi management" company.  Frauds.

got a call from "city management group" about a debt.. taylor was the reps name she told me about paying account... hung up..... called back and said " hi stephany, this is taylor how may I help u?" I said hey taylor we just spoke..... she says "im sorry whos this? I reply "this is stephany" YOU JUST SAID MY NAME!!!! lol scam! I then asked for more info on case and she was rude asf "are you going to pay this debt or not?" giiiiiiiirlllllllll tf?

Scam Artist, Deceptive, Corrupt phone call received... Yeah, this urgent message is intended for Linda very important. We speak to you in that my name is Erin Johnson. I'm calling about filing forms verification department with Brockton management group also known as BMG we had mailed out some documents to you approximately 45 to 60 days ago, Lynette unfortunately we have not heard back from you or your attorney. It's very important that we do speak to you in that give us a call speak to our arbitration department at 888 393775 again. That's 888 393775 when that when you do call in you're going to want to speak to our arbitration department mention reference number one 70 - 7002 once again 170 - 7002 Lynette. We need to speak to you soon as possible before it is resolved involuntarily. Thank you.

This person, Miss Mitchell from Citi Management, stating  I owed 600.00 for an old pay day loan from JD Marketing. They called my place of employment 3 times even though I have asked them not to call my employer

Got a call from 475 area code the area code is from ct but he said he was Atlanta  from citi mtg group is this a scam the rest of number is 222 0904
