- bdb| 2 repliesSame here, Rogers told me they would reverse it this time but now that I know, next time I will have to pay! The number belongs to Fast Track Global and to call this number 1-866-340-4990 and sort it out with them. All I get is an answer machine and they don't even reveal the company name, just that you reached customer service and to leave your name and number, including area code, What so you can scam me some more! screw that!
What purpose do these web pages, full of complaints serve if nothing is done about these companies that charge other people without their consent. This sould not even happen, it should be ilegal! - KDL| 2 repliesI have a message from Fastrack Global on my phone bill that I did not make. I called their customer service, but only got voicemail. The call was made to 478-285-9705. Is there anyone that can help with this?
- Stan RThis is the 2nd time this appeared on my Bell aliant bill. Called Bell again and they removed it again. I don't know what crap is going on but it's a scam for sure.

- malcolm hatchellI had two charges on my bell bill of $3.99 each to the same number....and nobody in this home made that phone call.
- Barry WI too have been charged twice on Aug 31,'12. $3.99 x 2 for assist 4782859705. Carrier Telus removed the cost and adjusted my account. Thank-you. This is a scam. For example, they generate thousands of bogus call assist and a large number never get challenged...Bingo, the scam works. Try turning the table on them...I got their toll free number 1 866 340 4990. (office for Global Billing Networks Inc.) The more we call the more it cost them!

- ryanJust received a bill with rogers, for a third party call to "Fast Track Global"...the rep at Rogers informed me that there is nothing they can do....they wouldn't reverse the charge...so, what about customer service? This company is going to continue to charge my account 3.99 when they feel like it, and i'll have to pay....or go to collections with Rogers...
- Enzo replies to bdbSame here. Rogers' Manager said it was the first case she heard about this? However, when I googled the number there was over 20 similar complaints on 3 different websites, so I can't believe I am the only one bringing this to their attention? Again, I was told to call 1-866-340-4990 complain to them and defend myself from these crafty scam artists. The big Service Provider like Rogers, Bell and Telus would rather reverse the charge then spending their time to investigate in this matter and have CRTC and the authorities to put a stop to this fraudulent act. Fast Track Global, knows higher authorities don't care, and knows the consumer has to defend themselves by leaving their complaints on their voice messages, that result in no action on their part. Fast Track Global can't believe their fortune...no government agency working with US gov't authorities is going to stop them . No one higher has any interest to do so. This third party bogus operation will keep making $$$$ and we'll keep fighting to reverse our future bill charges. This isn't fair and higher authorities need to take legal action to put a stop to this.
My charged appeared on October 12, 2012 Dir Assiss call 478-285-9705 on my Rogers phone bill Nov 15,2012. Looks like the complaints started around August 2012 and going strong. I am sure there will be more future bogus charges appearing on future bills. I am located in the GTA/Mississauga. Not sure if the other complaints are in Ontario only or Canada wide? No matter, the small guy needs their Service Provider to step in and help their customers to take legal position to stop this scam that is costing $ and grief. - Enzo replies to bdbSame here. My charged appeared on October 12, 2012 Dir Assiss call 478-285-9705 on my Rogers phone bill Nov 15,2012. - JThere are 4 charges of $3.99 on my father's business phone bill, all associated with that number. They all say the same "dir assisted" thing too but no one called them, especially from my father's work and all 4 calls were within minutes of each other. 3 of the calls say they were 2 seconds long and one 7 seconds. Auto-dialer?
And now we can't block numbers because the phone company has decided it's funnier if people can be harassed with no recourse I guess. - tomGot my bell bill today same thing 2 charges from georgia two minutes apart. called bell and they gave me the number for fastrack global. could do nothing bell has to cancel.. i just told bell i wasnt paying to deal with this low life company.. couldnt even give me the number that was suppose to be called. im in my 60's and i told bell too deal with it .........december 21/12. this company is scamming and how do they get away with it
- KimI got my bill today and recieved a charge of $3.99 for a call I did not make to 478-285-9705, my bill said I called Directory Assistance for this number in which I did not. I called Rogers to let them know and the representive told me to call the company that billed me through them to get a credit back.
- sherriI received a charge of 3.99 on my last Telus bill, also for a directory assistance call we "apparently" made on Dec26th. We weren't even home on Dec26th!!!!!! I phoned Telus, they also gave me the same number to complain to 1-866-340-4990 (Triton Global). Telus said it had nothing to do with them and all long distance charges were outsourced to this company. We don't even have our long distance through Telus- it truly is a scam! Imagine how rich this company is getting by charging all of us 3.99 and there's nothing we can do about it! Telus won't reverse the charges for us and Triton Global was LESS than helpful, telling me that of course I called that number or they wouldn't have billed me. When will the gov't step in and do something about this???
