Several calls no one leaves message must be crooks

I have gotten several unwanted calls from this number. They never leave a message. What's going on. How do I make it stop.

Three calls in recent days.  No message.  

Called 1/27 about 8pm. We did not answer and they did not leave a message. We are on state and federal do not call lists.

I get this no. V12917383800730  479-431-4006  Arkansas,Fayetteville,Fort Smith. On answer machine at home this morning  4:37am  1-30-15  they don't say thing.

Just got a call at 8:56 PM they said they were with Breast Cancer ?? wanted a donation.  I am part of the Susan G Komen team and told them she continued on and said "can I put you down for the minimum amount"? Then before I could say something a pre-recorded voice said yes... I said Pardon me...She said thank you and then hung up.  I did not give out any personal or banking info but if she is on a quota system for getting people to say they will donate she was pretty good with that pre-recorded "YES".

Couple of calls from this number.  No one on the line and they don't leave a message.

I saw that I got a call from this number so I called it back and the line sounded like it was out of order.

Called to support Breast Cancer awareness.  Hung up when verifier came on.

Number is continuously busy when *67 & callback.
