Said it's "Toyota Financial Services"

These people call sometimes a dozen times a day and this includes weekends.  They call at 8:00am on a Saturday morning and they call at 9:00pm on a Sunday night.  They call at 10:00 in the morning, 1:00 in the afternoon and 5:00 in the evening. Sometimes they go a whole day and don't call at all and thne the next day there are 6 calls by noon.  This is very annoying.

They call every fourty five minutes regardless how early any bills are paid or what they  need. Have to be one of the MOST annoying company calls.

Caller keeps calling from this number several times a day. I work for Toyota Financial Services but this is an unknown number. No message left and it is becoming very annoying.

I called them back twice and the first time I was told I would be taken off their list, the second time I was told upon telling the rep that I would file a complaint "you gotta do what you gotta do."
I don't own a Toyota or have an account with them.
Maybe I'll start calling and harassing their reps...   see how they like it.

Same thing happened to me. I have never owned a Toyota, bought a Toyota or co signed for a Toyota. I watch my credit carefully. I am not in default for anything.  When I called the number 480-224-0820 the customer service rep said it was Toyota Financial Services and asked for my account number.  I told her that I don't have an account.  She said she needed my social security number, account number or vin number, that those were the only ways she could look up my phone number.  I told her there was no way I was giving out my social security number to a total stranger, that I obviously didn't have an account number or vin number because I have absolutely nothing to do with Toyota and asked that she remove my phone number from their call list.  She responded that their system wasn't set up to look up an account by a phone number and again insisted that I give her my name and social security number. She even rudely argued with me that I must have an account in default because "that is the only reason they would be calling".  I am positive I do not have an account with Toyota in any way and will make sure to check my credit reports for fraud.  I told her again that I don't have an account and to please take down my number and give it to her manager to remove from the list. She refused to and said that the next time they call the person who is calling will have to deal with it.  She was at that point quite rude. It is clearly a scam.  I would NOT give my social security number or name to these people. I'm reporting them. Hate to think someone trusting will be taken advantage of.

Here are all the numbers I have so far from Toyota Financial Service. They call all day and sometimes even after 9pm which violates the FCRA. They will try to fool you by calling you from different numbers, don't fall for it!

I get random text messages from this number multiple times a day.  The texts are crazy!  A woman is leaving her husband and taking the children because he went to Vegas with the guys... I can't believe a company would stoop to this level.

I have voice mail on my phone. If they want me to call them back then they need to leave a message otherwise I never know they called. Did I say they called? Nothing to my knowledge!

Calls during daytime ,They have been told I can not use phone while at work. Calls are about payment on my husbands truck ,which my name is not on.

The only unknown calls I get are from Toyota Financial Services. Like those above have experienced, they come from various numbers and never leave a message. Sorry to say I own a Toyota but am not in arrears. Doesn't seem to matter.

Another of the numbers used by Toyota Financial. They called last night AFTER 9 pm even though I notified them I would be late with my payment and gave them the date I would bring the loan current.

I make electronic payments.  If they are not posted 48 hours before they are due the payment shows up as late and these clowns start calling.  Worse, it takes their system DAYS to show the payment - and the calls keep coming.  Then, they want ME to tell them my information and they are clearly offshore...and they seem insulted that my comment is.....you called me, you reached me, you don't need anything else.  So, then you say "the payment had been made" and they want to have a discussion.."can I ask why it was late?"...yes, it was late because your system sucks and didn't post the payment until 24 hours after it cleared my checking account..  "May I update your information?"  no - your information is obviously current because you reached me.  Unemployment in the inner city and native reservations is out of control and we are sending this stuff overseas.  absurd.

This is ridiculous. I never used to get calls from this number before & in the past 2 weeks, I've been receiving 6-10 calls a day. This company call needs to get shut down. I always pay my bills within the allotted amount of time.

called my home phone10:06AM. I didn't answer and no message was left. It was Toyota & Lexus Financial calling again.

I finally answered. Definitely Toyota Financial Services.

This number harasses me all day I cant stand it

I am currently in a Battle with TFS right now. Over the past 2 years they have screwed up my payments on 5 occasions saying that I'm late. I had to get copies of the checks and fax it to them. All payments were made in a timely manner and I showed proof that the checks were cashed with the time and date code on the back but no one has put the money towards my account. Now that I read all these complaints, I'm thinking about getting an attorney and possibly filing a class action suit.
