We are receiving these calls every day on our cell phone  I called the number but only got static.  It is so frustrating.  

I have received two calls today from 480-237-2008 and it's only 1:20pm.

It is halsted financial

They call and leave no message.

A collection agency - mainly for Cellphone companies

I finally called them - they were calling about a Cell Phone bill from 2006 that was not mine ( T-Mobile )
so it is safe to say they are a collection agency.

Halsted Financial. Bottom Feeder Collections Agency. Many complaints on internet of alleged scamming. Beware.

Called. Left no message. Goes into the blocked list. So tired of scammers...

This is Halstead financial and they are a collection agency.When they called my phone it was for someone who used to have this number along time ago..

1st x I called I req this num b taken off list, since previous person no long had num/ 2nd x 2dy all I got was annoying musix / what's up with that

Got a call about 5 min ago.  Caller ID "Anonymous" so of course I didn't answer.   They left no voicemail.   Blocking this one.

These people are scammers. They are rude and obnoxious, and something should be done about them. They keep calling regardless of being told not to call again.

This shows up on my caller ID as "Private Name", figured it was a ploy by a collection agency to get me to answer, glad I didn't after reading these comments.

Today's call from (480) 237-2008, Tempe, AZ is the first I have received from that number. I didn't answer the call. Deemed it to be Scam Scum and entered the number on my call-block list. My Speech Recognition software recorded the caller's message. Caller may have thick accent because the software is capable of much better recognition than is demonstrated here.The message was copied then pasted here exactly as recognized by the program.

"Penalty. Yeah. If you are not panel. Kate Hey lease hang up now and disregard this message. File number 230-4844 Yes was placed with Halsted Financial Services has been escalated to our final review department due to a lack of response from the required respondent 8 full review of this file is being conducted by one of our Loss Mitigation Specialist and a recommendation of action to our client is a minute. In order for your personal statement to be included in this review press 0 now to speak to the representative responsible for conducting this review or call 866744 Hey, Won. It's 641 immediately upon receipt of this message. Failure to respond will result in our recommendation being stupid it without your personal statement being included, yes message is solely intended. 4 penelton 8. If you are not. Penelton 8, hey lease hang up now and disregard this message. File Number, 230-4844. Yeah it was placed with us. Helton Financial Services has been escalated to our final review department due to a lack of a response from the required responded. 8 full review of this file is being conducted by one of our Loss Mitigation Specialist and a recommendation of action to our client is a minute. Search (866) 744-5641 on this website. You will see that the call is a total scam.

I got a call from this company,. He asked me if I was some christensen guy? I told him I didn't know. He hung up before I could finish the sentence. I called back to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me again.
I do not want to be on their call list anymore!

They keep calling and calling.  Halted.  Yes, same bs as above. I immediately hang up.  They are now switching numbers or phishing for different numbers.  Really?  I guess the calls are robots because a human would not be able tolookintbe mirror.

Yes. This man called my cell. When I called back he asked that I identify myself and claimed that I had a medical bill from 2008. When I asked for more information he hung up on me. I called back and told him I was going to report him to the FBI. This is clearly a scam. He knows my social security number. What is one to do in this case? Please advise.

Obviously if any one receives a call from this number: Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. However it is not clear what one is supposed to do to protect themselves from this kind of abuse.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
