These people are a company called fullmerchantfunding.com and they are trying to scam people out of money and using a fax number as a return call number and the number they give is to Schwab Banking which is not affiliated with them at all!

    Frustrated by distruptive cell calls
Possibly related to the rude people at a (602) number that constantly changes so that they can bypass the DNC law.  Both area codes are from Phoenix area.  I did not answer it. If I do not recognize the caller, I don't waste my cell phone minutes. and if I see the area code is in Phoenix, no way will I answer, as I know no one there.

Have received several calls from this number.  They ask for my wife and when I say she's not here and ask for them to leave a message they hang up on me. I have faxed a message back to them telling them if they can't leave a message, then don't bother to call my home.

Annoying!  I went on Verizon's website and blocked the number.  You can only block 5 numbers at a time and that only lasts three months.  You have to go back and do it all over again.  By then, you'll have twenty more numbers!  I can't tell you have many phone calls I've gotten in the past three weeks.  I don't even want to hear my phone ring any more!

So, the best I can do for now is block the newest numbers as they come in and hope that the old ones don't regenerate and start calling again.  Wish I had a smart phone that allowed me to block individual numbers as they come in, instead of having to use the Verizon website.  Maybe a phone maker will read these and come up with a solution.  I'd buy one of those phones!

that is absolutely NOT true. Full Merchant Funding does not give out a phone number to "Schwab" as their customer service number. The customer service number is 877-416-7131. This is absolutley the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard of. Any questions or comments about Full Merchant Funding or it's affiliate marketing program may be directed to the customer service number above.

Customer service is available to this and all clients at 877-416-7131 from 10 am to 6 pm mountain time Monday through Saturday. Call the above number with any questions comments or concerns.

Reply to "Brian"  are you a representative for Full merchant Funding or something?  Why are you always defending them?  I get these calls all the time and have never done anything with them or anything.  I think it should be against the law for people to get our cell #'s and continue to call with no message or anything.  So if you know anymore information on how to get them to stop I'd be willing to listen.
    Thanks

Not only am i a representative of Full Merchant Funding. I own the company. You are getting calls because at some point you filled out an online survey or request for information about working from home. You gave your cell phone number as the contact phone number. Just a tip and a little common sense for all the posters on this site...if your not interested answer your phone and say so, we and any company promoting with this method of marketing would be happy to never call you again as this would be a waste of our our time and yours to do. Since you are not interested! Also i would not recommend filling out questionaires or requests for information about products that you are not interested in and then go online and complain about receiving calls from the company that you requested the information from. Our cutomer service number is 877-416-7131. You may call with any questions, comments, concerns, or inquire about our affiliate marketing program. Thank You.

I received a call to my home from this number and when I answered all they said was "Samantha?". I said may I ask who is calling and they hung up. I don't typically give out my phone number but am listed in the phone book but only my first initial so I have no idea how my first name was obtained and I am not located in the US so am surprised to find that I am receiving calls from a company outside of Canada. There is a law against such here so I will definitely be reporting this to the proper authorities here to take nescessay action to halt such harassment across the international borders. There is a Canadian no call list and strong laws against companies that cross borders to try to manipulate such no call lists and I for one look forward to any and all of such companies being prosecuted and all owners/presidents who obviously are the ones benifitting like all those recent bank owner/presidents that have kept their millions and billions should pay the coffers of those they harras and the poor/nisve through laws of protection and education.  Yes, this is not the only company that has called so it too is subject to the needed justice of changes to how companies govern themselves and operate. We need more than just freedom to act, some rules and oversight by those educated looking out for those that may not always have the education or foresight to know better however accountable to those same people. Is almost basic politics which seems lost in humanity as it should realy be basic honesty but that is hard to get out of any company today without an independent checking up on them and even then you almost need two more checking on the other just to make sure and then there could still be issues and hands in pockets getting money. What is this world coming to that thirty telephone solicitation calls in an evening is normal no harassment and you can't get a straight answer and even if you say not interest remove my name you still get fiftymore calls from the same company over the next month everytime requesting do not call.

Did you miss DANIELA's 12/06 post below complaining of being unable to stop harassing calls from 480-240-5304 by calling the 1-877 number? How do you explain this?

For anyone wondering about the authenticity of Full Merchant Funding, it is almost certainly a scam. Very few work at home businesses are legitimate, if you were being hired for one it would be ridiculous to think that they would call you at random to offer you an employment opportunity.

You can read more about similar scams here http://www.scambusters.org/work-at-home.html

Brian can say what he wants, but he is about as helpless as a fat child being fed to a lion.
