Received two calls from this company today.  The first call was to offer me, a credit card holder, a lower rate.  I informed them I am not a credit card holder and hung up on them.  They called back less than three hours later and, when I attempted to ask them to take my number off their list, they hung up on me.  I called them back and the phone was answered as "Evolution Marketing" and I was directed to leave a message.

THIS IS A SCAM. This is a version of the advance-fee-for-something scam where something is a grant, loan, lottery winnings, interest rate reduction, tax reduction, gift card, refund, doggie, cruise, vacation, free gas, etc., and the advance-fee is for tax, shipping, registration, insurance, secure handling, processing, etc. They may send you a fake check, may want your credit/debit card or bank account number,  or tell you to wire cash via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. They can put recurrent difficult-to-cancel monthly charges or a 1-time charge on your card or bank account, and sell account info to other criminals and you'll have to replace accounts altogether. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, it's untraceable and gone. If they want you to call them up for instructions, they may tell you not to discuss the wire with Western Union desk clerks but the real reason is WU clerks are familiar with these scams and will warn you not to wire the money. Report to US Postal Service Inspectors https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

Received a message from this number, caller ID showed it as FMS. Listened to the message on the answering machine and heard some really screwy stuff, background sound almost sounded like what people used to say playing a metal or rock album backwards would sound like. Also heard music, nothing I recognized which likely meant it was country or christian, and it changed a couple times. After a couple minutes heard the sound of another number being dialed and half a minute after that heard someone say "Well that was fun screwing with your phone" then they hung up.

I reported this number to the 'Do Not Call List'. The caller identified himself as a rep from Fidelity Marketing Service. Kept trying to sell me even after he was told that I would file a claim.

I have gotten constant phone calls from this number and 18777595509, who insist looking for someone named Friends. I have told the person to take me off the list, and my phone number is on the do not call list, and I have also told them if they ever call again, I will sue them.

This is a pure harrasment phone call.

This company called to sign me up for a program they offer for me to make money at home. They said there was no cost involved and i needed to listen to a 60 sec promo. They started it and it mentioned there was a start up cost. I hung up the phone. I got a call right back from them, it was a different person this time. I said I wanted to be taken off their calling list. He said there was not a calling list, he was going to pass my number around the whole office and have everyone there call me to bug me because I was a [***]. Then he hung up. My youngest daughter was standing next to me and he was talking so loud that she heard the whole conversation.
