I listened through the message and pressed 1 to reach a person. They said the name of their company is Carpet Care, but when I asked what state they are located in they hung up on me.

I got a call from this number also- but I ignored it. the 480 area code is in phoenix......

you're wrong the 480 number is for Mesa Tempe and Chandler

480 can be Phoenix as well.  Phone numbers are portable.  If you move from Chandler to Phoenix, you can keep your 480 number.  Also, Ahwatukee is considered Phoenix and has a 480 area code.

just got the call from them.. when I told them I wanted to be removed from their list, they hung up on me!  very frustrating

I got a call 3 days ago from 1-480-245-687 on my cell phone and they left no message. Then today my mom got the same number and no voice mail. So far every site I've searched says it is from a company called Carpet Care. If they call again I will answer and then I will repost here with any new info. I hate unknown calls!!!

I just got call. Missed it. They didn't leave any message. I tired it back and got an operator error message that the call couldn't be completed b/c it's not a valid #. Caller id says: 480-245-687. How does an incomplete phone number make calls??

My coworker and I each got the same missed calls from this number. I answered it the next time they picked up and it's a carpet cleaning message. You press 1 to schedule an appt, press 9 to be removed from the list.

Make an appointment and then let the air out of their tires when they show up.

I got a call from them at 10:25am...and they left a blank voicemail. Ugh.

I got a call from 480-245-687 and it was a recording for a carpet cleaning service so I hung up.  It came to my cell phone which is on the do not call list...

I got the same call you did.  I went to www.donotcall.gov web site and filed a complaint.  I had to put a "0" on the end to report it, but then explained in my comments that the digit was left off.  Please do the same.
