Adobe Air. Making calls to people even if they are on the do no call list.

Stephanie called my husband multiple times and he told them to call me since he drives for a living and cant talk on the phone. They called me from a different number 602-410-6265 and said they are with the go green initiative with adair solar and plumbing and giving away $5100 to put back into our home in go green projects. They wanted to schedule an appt to come out to talk further what we could do to "upgrade our home with energy efficient products". I believe this is a scam so please stay away. I tried calling back the 480-254-9249 but only got a voicemail that is full and can't receive any other messages. I also called back the 602-410-6265 and it goes to a voicemail that has someone singing to some song in the background. When will people stop doing such shady things and make their living the honest way!! STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!!

They keep calling and hanging up. When I call back, message machine is full and it's something plumbing and heating. Not sure how to approach this, but I'm glad this website is here to give info that they've done this to others.
The first time I remember them calling, this guy tried to sell me something, and I couldn't hear very well and said, "Who did you say you are?" I wasn't trying to be rude or anything, I just didn't hear him. But the guy hung up on me.

Same creaps came to my door and tried to sell me this stuff and then I get a phone call from them.  I would like to know how they even know my phone number.

They left a really long bit of elevator music on my answering service.

Getting phone calls from this number every night.  Have told them not to call anymore. Doesn't matter. It is a robo-dial-call, tell-tale delay before the jerk realizes I've picked up the phone and he's got a warm body on the line. Can hear others in the background. He claims to be part of the 'dare' program, not selling anything, just want to make homeowners aware of federal help for homeowners.  I hang up after telling him not to call again. I smell SCAM.

Has been calling every day and hanging up on my answering machine, starting 12/13/2010.

So glad that I'm not the only one getting constantly called by these people.  I've been getting calls from them daily for about 3 weeks and have just decided to stop calling.

Sorry, I meant that I have just decided to stop answering. My mistake.

These people are harrassing me every day; how do I file a complaint??

I keep getting 7 or 8 calls aday from 480-254-9249.

I am on the do not call list and get 10 calls aday from 480-254-9249. What can we do?

480-254-9249 has been calling me on and off for over a month and a half.  This last week (today is 01-31-2011) they called every day, sometimes twice a day.  I finally answered to tell them to go F themselves.

The lady on the phone said it was a call from "Savers" and "this isn't a sales call" (lie #1).  I told her to put me on their do-not-call list, and she said "we're just trying to save you money, does this not work for you?" (lie #2).  I again told her to put me on their do-not-call list, and ended the call.

About the above messages saying that this number represents "Adair Solar And Plumbing", I'm pretty sure that the company that owns the 480-254-9249 number is just a telemarketing organization of some kind and makes calls on behalf of many other places.  Which means they could call you over and over and over again for who knows what.

To the purveyors of annoyance from 480-254-9249: Go f*ck yourselves.  Seriously, go f*ck yourselves.
