Calls keep coming into my fax machine

CALLS THREE TIMES A WEEK

They say it's an important message from sprint customer finance regarding my account's outstanding balance; the account # they give me is not even me..yet they have my full name and want me to provide my PIN, date of birth and last 4 of my SSN..I've contacted Sprint and given them this number and they have told me that 480-263-4014 is NOT affiliated with them..these people are scammers trying to get information..thank goodness I don't have an outstanding balance and I had enough sense to hang up on them without giving them information..they sounded way fishy!!

The name the recorded message gave me was not mine. I called in and, after not entering my zip code, got to a rep. I indicated I wasn't the customer they were trying to contact and that I've never had an account with Sprint. The rep said she would take me off their call list and wished me a good day.
