Call to my cell, left no message

I got a call today. It was a computer message saying they were from Sprint and  they knew my name, they wanted me to enter my zip code and I did it bc I really thought was Sprint. Then said that I was o er my spendong limit and to avoid my service be interrupt then I have to pay with a debit card over the phonr.
I called sprint and they said they havr no connection with that number that was a landline over PHX AZ.
VERY SUSPICIOUS AND FREAKY.

Got a call claiming from Sprint over "Urgent Matter"
If Sprint really was trying to get ahold of me I get emails/texts. Trying to steal me thinks.

Out of AZ. I let it go to vm.
They left a msg that there was an urgent matter.

I happened to know My bill is current.  Just upgraded svc. There are no urgent matters concerning my account.

Of course these are scammers.
That number is now blocked.
Reported to FTC/consumer protection bureau and sprint for FYI .

Pls do the name and add to 800 notes when you encountered a scammer. It helps so many everywhere. Stay well my friends.

18008396716 was the number they left in my voice mail. They also also asked for a payment over the phone.

Scam! Second attempt on my line. Says from sprint. Asks for zip. Hung up immediately.

This idiot tried to steal money from a card I don't eve have. Nice try whoever u are-___-

Received a call stating it was an urgent matter on my acct ending in XXXX (which was correct) asking me to call 1-800-839-6716.  Called Sprint, there was nothing wrong with my account, up to date and no record of anyone calling me.  Sorry your scam didn't work with me

It always amazes me how these scams keep happening.  Must work some of the time or they would quit.
Pretty obvious scam.  Urgent from Sprint.  They would text alert.  Don't fall fools.

This number called my cell today. Left no message but from what I've seen here, looks like someone pretending to be from Sprint, which I just switched over to recently and I know there is nothing wrong with my bill as it is up to date. Phone says the call is from Arizona.

Got a call for this number. Listened to voice mail and called the number given. United Blood Service not Sprint. Scam.

Thieves trying to steal your money via your debit card. Project themselves as Sprint. Really now if i owed Sprint money or my bill was due the phone would be cut off

They keep calling my phone almost every other day, and I am thinking about calling sprint and tell them about the number!

They said I "went over my spending limit." Considering I don't have a contract with sprint and just pay my bill at the end of the month, it was clearly incorrect. They go the length of having a pay with cash option where they send you to your nearest sprint store or radio shack...seems like an intimate scammer to me. Either way, avoid them at all costs. They do have some account information, which is scary

This was Sprint. They had actually made an error on my account which caused me to exceed my spending limit.   I pressed the button to talk to them. They corrected the error, gave me a discount on my lines moving forward plus a nice credit. So it's not a scammer.

Just read all your messages.  I did not answer because I know no one in Phoenix and they left no message.  If still claiming to be Sprint would be interesting since I’ve never used Sprint.  Thanks for all your messages.
