Phone instrument says "Arizona Call" or "California Call." We've had persistent calls around 8 am AZ time 3-4 times a week.

Called at 7:55 pm. Rang three times. Now blocked. Might be a voting reminder robo call local news said would be increasing next 10 days or some candidate attack ad?

"Breast Cancer Financial Fund."  That's what's on their outgoing voice mail if you call the number back after they've closed their boiler room for the night.  Yeah, right.  Another (bleeping) scam.  But it comes up on your Caller ID as "unknown name."  Remember, don't even give these clowns the time of day--if you don't recognize the incoming name or number, don't answer it!  If everyone just lets these scam calls go to your voice mail--or just ring--these @#$% may just give up if they can't find a live sucker to scam to.

"Breast Cancer Financial Fund" wanting to speak with "lady of the house".  My new OGM must have fooled them into thinking it was a live answer.  I did not pick up.

I didn't answer and they called before. They don't leave a message.

Received call.  I.D. reads at "Phoenix AZ" despite the fact that this area code is NOT a Phoenix AZ area code.  Obvious scammers.  Didn't answer.  After 4 rings, they hung up.

They called at 9pm. Ridiculous. Blocking them.

Reported Scammer calling from (480)-376-7953 Level 3 Communications Landline in Phoenix, AZ ("No Name" on Caller ID) to DONOTCALL.GOV. Received unwanted call on my unlisted phone on Thur. 11/14/14 at 7:17pm & didn't leave a voicemail. Message to Scammer/Harasser: DO NOT CALL. I've been receiving these unscrupulous calls continually since April 2014 - the FCC has rules in effect that address unsolicited telephone marketing calls – including those using automated and prerecorded messages. Are you kidding? Do you think you just stopped them from calling? They spoof the caller ID, it's not coming from that number or location. They will continue to call, and nothing can be done about it. Do like I do, purchase a call block program for your cell phone, and be done with it!

Message to scammers: DO NOT CALL.

Here is the low down on this "charity" Only 17 cents of every dollar goes to them families.  They send gift bakets with garbage like shampoo, air freshener, etc.

caller id:   Not-In-Use  but they can call us...   this no. call my work phone, every day around 10am, it said no. not in use but they can dial us... let have some fun, let all take turn and dial this no. at odd hour.  i'm tired of being a victim, i call this:  PAY back time;  or some generous group would call:  pay-forward.  however you want to view it.  have some fun, they did it to us, why not 'pay-forward'

Actually, it is a metro Phoenix area code (Eastside and suburbs like Scottsdale, Mesa, etc.).

The calls from this place had stopped for at least a year yet here they are on my caller ID with a name of "Not In Use".  If this is the same cancer fund, they actually don't send anything to anybody.  They put their name on shipments of drugs to other "cancer organizations".  They should not be classified as a charity.  They really believe in charity starting at their home and staying there.  What a terrible way to make a living.

"If everyone just lets these scam calls go to your voice mail--or just ring--these @#$% may just give up if they can't find a live sucker to scam to."  I tend to agree with that statement.  Caller Id is costly - but it gives a piece of mind sometimes - taht and unplugging the phone at night :)
