Here we go again !!!  A Royal Pain.... calls about same time ( 7:30 to 8:30pm).  Never leaves a msg and the last 4 digits change.  Might use 7963 or 7953.

Reported Scammer calling from (480)-376-7963 Level 3 Communications Landline in Phoenix, AZ ("No Name" on Caller ID) to DONOTCALL.GOV. Received unwanted call on my unlisted phone on Wed. 12/3/14 at 8:42pm & didn't leave a voicemail. Previously received similar calls also from a "TWEEKED" similar phone number (480)-376-7953 on Fri. 11/14/14 & after this call (480)-376-7959 on Thur. 11/24/14 at 7:26pm  - Message to Scammer/Harasser: DO NOT CALL. I've been receiving these unscrupulous calls continually since April 2014 - the FCC has rules in effect that address unsolicited telephone marketing calls - including those using automated and prerecorded messages. Also called twice in same day from 2 diff. numbers.....7963 and 7959.  I DID NOT ANSWER either one!  Glad I didn't!

Came up as Not In Service, left no message.

Called at 8:10 AM - Monday, 4/13/15 - No message so I looked up the number thru Google & found this list of unwanted calls.  Add me to the list.  I may try to search further & will report back if I find anything.

They asked for my formal name and I go by a nick name so I knew. Once I asked "who is calling please?" they must have pressed a button for a recording about Breast Cancer Financial or some such fund raiser. I tried to interrupt to tell them I was on Do Not Call list and only then realized it was a recording I had been connected to. I hung up mid-message.

Came up as Not in use, Left no message.

Hate these calls before 9 AM - ID showed "Not in Use" also - Telemarketer - Scammer

Have received many calls from this number and it says "Not in use"

I've also gotten calls from a number ending in 7959.  They're nothing if not persistent.  I've read on other blogs that this is a scam masquerading as a charity.

Called at 8:20 at night. Many different variations of the 480 area code call also. Out of country spammers spoofing US phone numbers.

Received Scammer/Harasser calls from (480)-376-7963 -- Also "Spoofed" Phone Numbers (480)-376-7959 & (480)-376-7953 Level 3 Communications Landline in Phoenix, AZ ("Not in Use" on Caller ID) that left no message since my voicemail is full on Thurs. 8/6/15 @ 8:20pm & called before on Tues. 6/30/15 @ 7:05pm.
Previously called with similar "Spoofed" Phone Number (480)-376-7959 on Tues. 7/28/15 @ 7:34pm  & called from (480)-376-7953 on Fri. 6/12/15 @ 4:49pm -- Reported unwanted Annoying Phone Calls to DONOTCALL.GOV.
