Patriot Air Conditioning (Tele-Sales Call)

Called and hung up.  No message on answering device.

I have received repeated calls throughout the year and again yesterday at 10 a.m from Patriot Air Conditioning advertising unwanted services. Numbers used so far are 480-388-3100 and 480-388-3117. I served them with a cease and desist letter yet they again called on the next day at 10:45 a.m. and told me "good luck" when I said I would be suing them for $500 in damages for violations of the TCPA. I have filed FCC and FTC complaints with every call. See you in court Donald Joeseph Gosnell and Jonathan Eli Deaton!

If you file a law suite against these jerks, please post info on how to support your cause.  We should make a class action suite.  They call us repeated too and are number is on file with the "Do Not Call Registery"

Hang-up. Phone rang and rang even though the machine answered.  No message, just a click.

Don't know where these societal rejects got my phone number, but I really don't appreciate being harassed at my unlisted, do-not-call-registered number at eight pm. I have yet to meet anyone in AZ that is really trustworthy, as in my experience most of these backstabbing whackos would sell their grandmother for a stick of gum. I will be filing an FCC/BBB complaint along with filing a small claims court summons against this company.

Both my Husband and I  received a call from 480-388-3117 on our cell phones at 8PM trying to sell us an air conditioner - they woke my husband up and he gets up at 2:30am to go to work. I have also registered a complaint on the National Do Not Call List for both numbers. They have called several times between the 2 cell numbers and the home number. They have been told everytime that we are on the National Do Not Call List - I've told them to get and to use that list.

I received a phone call on my cell phone around 6pm from 480-388-3117. I did not pick it up because I did not recognize the number. I got on the computer and googled the number and found out its from an air conditioning place!!!  I KNOW that I had entered a numbers a few years back to stop telemarketers from calling so WHY am I getting them still???  I do NOT want this place to call me again..... They need to take me off their list!!!

My cell phone rang from this number and I didn't get to it in ti eto anaswer, then I heard my wife's cell phone ring fro the same number, This was about 6:50 pm April 2012 and from Patriot Air.

I have had no previous dealings with such a company and wondered how they obtained our cell numbers, I since blocked the number on the cell phone.

Just as a FYI - even if you are on a National Do Not Call list, other companies may compile telemarketing lists. Examples: Credit card companies, banks, utility companies... just about anybody you may have any business with. Also if you ever enter any contests of any kind for random drawings - they too use those contests as aplay to compile lists for marketing.

Another A/C company telemarketing?  Don't they know the fate of "Abode Air," "Deer Valley Mechanical" and "Desert Valley Air??"  All run outta biz and/or have zero reputation because of their repeated telemarketing calls.  By the way they got a number disconnected message from me (thanks CallCentric).

Got a call from this number and didn't recognize it.  Didn't pick up.  It was around the dinner hour so I figured it was a telemarketer.  Then I googled the number and got this info.  I suspect that an air conditioning company I did business with sold my number to these people.  Not doing any more business with the other company as they were not a good company and tried to rip me off.  for all I know that other company owns this company.  It is a big company and has several other air conditioning companies under it.
