Called today about changes to merchant account. Told owner unavailable but i could help since i handled the account. Rep was rude from that point forward. I explained that we were not in need of their services and to put us on their Do Not Call List and hung up. Rep called back "did you just hang up on me? Your just the receptionist or something and you need to just do your job and take my message. I'm calling about changes to the Visa/Mastercard account." I explained that we dont accept Visa/Mastercard and that I was the Manager that handles this. I told her that I would be contacting Eschelon Financial since they are the name showing up on the caller id and complain. I also told her to put us on the Do Not Call List and was told that they don't have a list like that there. Googled the company to complain and got the run-around.

Very rude people.  Trying to sell a merchant account but use language like, "there have been changes made to your merchant account."  We do not even have merchant account and would never have a merchant account.  I told lady that I was the owner and to please remove us from the calling list and she just hangs up.  I called number from a back line and the first thing they ask for is your reference number.  They obviously have called ID because they called back on my back line so I just hung up.  These people are relentless they have been calling my business line for years and no matter how many times you ask them to stop they do not.  I really wish there was a way to deal with these annoying harassing calls day in and day out.  If I want a service I will seek it out I do not need shady services seeking me out.

Received a call from April with Merchant Services about changes to our Merchant account.  She would only speak to the owner because this is a "banking matter" - I wish they would stop calling...  I tried to cross check the phone number and came up with "480-389-0189 - Sonny Hoovler, E Angela Dr, Phoenix, Arizona"
