This is another one of those Credit Card interest rate scam calls. There want you to push the number 1 button to be connected and they will help you in lowering your interest rate for all credit cards that you have. This is clearly a scam and they should be put out of business.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish "servicing" them, they will have no available credit remaining!

I just received a call from this number and they offered me a lower interest rate.  When I hit "1" she said she would be able to lower it indefinitely.  I asked her which card she was talkinga about and she listed a bunch which didn't make any sense and then she proceeded to ask me for the expiration date.  I did not give it to her and she asked "why not" and I told her that she should have that already.  She said she needed it to verify and I still would not give it to her.  I then proceeded to ask her if I could have her number and give it to my husband who is the sole card owner (not even me but yet she was willing to talk to me...who does that) and that was when she hung up.

My call from this number came  this week. Mine was a recorded message from: a Heather telling me( that there was a problem with my Credit Card). I hung up before the message was over. I looked  on line, for the State where the area code was located, from there I found the Town. Then I got lucky and found this WEB PAGE.
My call came from Phoenix Arizona 408-403-2610.
I just spoke to a Police Officer who came to my home. I gave Him all my information and showed Him this Web Page.
If people like us, push back against these bottom feeders of society: we may be able stop a lot of the damage that they do. to people.

The person that owns this number chats at a website called chat avenue. His username over there is morenoj. The owners of chat avenue know perfectly well what morenoj is all about but yet will not ban him. And according to this webpage no one can do anything about his telephone habits either.

I gave them a sob story about how grateful I was, and that my husband and I worked for the same company and had BOTH just been laid off. Then I crackled a shopping bag into the receiver for several seconds. Then I hung up.

I received two phone calls, one right after the other, that I did not answer, but the calls showed different numbers.  The first call was 229-518-6462 and the second call was from 480-403-2620.  Messages were not left on either call and both numbers have been reported as some type of scam.

I told one of them that my grandmother had had all of her information stolen, and that she lost her life savings (true) and this filthy sub-human told me that their company could help her get her money back---WITH INTEREST!!!

Nana was so depressed over being scammed, she died in 6 months. There is no place on earth bad enough for scammers.

Keep calling when I can't answer. I call back and they never answer the phone. I know absolutely no one in Arizona, so this is very suspicious.

You called the police? Don't you think they have better things to do than handle pretty obvious prank calls?
