I received a call from 480-422-0984 & called it back with my caller ID blocked & RSI Enterprises automatic answerer answered...

I had a message today from this number about an unpaid bill.  I do not have any unpaid delinquent bills.  I do not even have a credit card.  I have an unlisted phone number and have never had a problem with unwanted calls in 10 years of having this same number; I am very careful who I give my number to because I cannot stand answering the phone for sales calls.  I am glad to find this number on the web as I could not understand what is going on.

Although you may think you don't have any unpaid bills, to my surprise because MY STUPID DOCTOR'S OFFICE (WHO I FIRED) wrote down a wrong address for the lab company and a bill was returned, it went to a first level of 'collections'.  True enough once I check my insurance paperwork there appears to be a $45 fee I owe.  It just sucks that someone else's mistake puts a collection agency (even if they say it's first level collections) on my tail.

Got this call twice in about 4 weeks now.....this is on a Vonage issued number so I'm not sure what's the issue here......had the number for about three months now.....

For a collection agency that seems so proud of themselves, judging by their website, interesting that they will not identify themselves on caller ID..phone number only.  Also, under associations, they claim BBB (Better Business Bureau) membership, yet a search of them only retrieves a spinning circle (as looking for a non-existing entity)  The only outstanding debts we have are either past the statute of limitations for collections, so that all creditors who call are zombie status (chargeoffs by original lenders that are then sold to other collectors..one of our accounts is over 20 yrs old & still gets calls as it's sold to the highest bidder.)  The joke is both on us and them.  In order to finance our house in 2004, our lender made us pay all outstanding debts...including over $1,000 claimed by zombie collectors, hence RSI welcome to my blocked list of callers.  GTH!

got this call today, waited for answer, said mailbox was ,full call back later.

Continues to call about my daughter, who not lived here for years.

Same as Thomas R. Mitchell above. They've been calling for weeks; today I answered only to yell at them. They said they're calling for my daughter, who hasn't lived here in 10+ years. She has no debt issues, so I'm assuming RSI is branching out into other unwanted types of calls.

The number on the answering machine does not match the 888 number they gave. I tried calling the number but received a message that this number was no longer in service so I looked up RSI and called the 800 number given. They asked for my name and address. I gave it to them and they never called back. Go figure. I have no debts and always pay my credit cards and bills on time.

Garbled message as if someone on drugs/drunk.

Sometimes this Debt Collector, RSI Enterprises, based out of Glendale, AZ, calls from various numbers, with automated recorded voice message, and call hang ups.

Just called my business fax line.

This number called me today. Left a voicemail saying they are a debt collector. I have no idea what they are trying to collect.

Keep calling

Caller ID showed up as APTEA - DID but the message was from RSI Enterprises called about a debt but when you pick-up they hang up.

Keep getting calls from RSI Enterprises autodialer despite the fact that having spoken with actual person a few times by calling the callback number. They have check my personal information and all phone numbers going back over ten years against their database, and found NO OUTSTANDING DEBT for collection.  Yet the autodialer still calls frequently, at least 20 times a month.  They have been reported to the FTC, but it has been two years now since and I still get the frequent calls,

It has been 2 years?  This should have been handled by a certified, return receipt cease comm letter.  You should have reported it to the CFPB and your State Attorney General.  If the calls persisted you should have sued them and made them pay you money for the harassment.

I have been receiving the same automated message from RSI enterprises inc. since August 2018. I have no idea who or what they are calling about, my husband & I don’t have any old debt (only current debt lol) & I’m pretty sure our minor children don’t have any. On the few occasions when I have answered it’s still the same automated message. I haven’t received anything from them in the mail. Six months of calls and not one letter explaining what they are calling about. Whatever they are calling about they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).

(a) Notice of debt; contents
Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing --
(1) the amount of the debt;

(2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed;

(3) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector;

(4) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector; and

(5) a statement that, upon the consumer's written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor.

I agree. It's a lab bill, in April, we got that was dated early May of last year. It's one of those "surprise" bills medical companies are known for. Two different companies have done that now. Once you move to a different practice they pull that on you. It's still in dispute with the doctor's office. RSI has disguised their calls, however, today it is "Aptela Did." Tomorrow who knows?
