I received calls from this number on a few consecutive nights around 8 pm already! Every time I pick up the phone, there's no sound. It's really annoying. I tried to track this number, and I found that the location of this number is in the Phoenix area, close to the Humane Society. I still don't know why are they making these calls.

All calls from 480-428-**** are all like this. It's annoying! I just set my phone to put these numbers directly to VM.
