Yest. got a call on home line from Leslie at 1-866-295-9370 then at 1:15 pm from J. Allen Smith, same 866 number but also 1-480-428-1097 on my cell phone. "very important matter, call before they start paperwork"

Incoming call - when I answered, nobody was on the line. Why do they dial if they don't even want to talk? Perhaps they expect everyone to just call back the number in their caller ID (I know some people do that, but not me, unless I recognize the number or caller).

Dynamic Recovery Services collection [***] who lie about everything and also were very sexually suggestive to me on several calls.  Tried to say I owed them money, which I don't and then solicted membership in NAMBLA.  gross.

I got a recording...but I didnt stay on line long enough to find out what it was.  I get a call from this number a couple of times a week at a minimum. I dont owe anyone ANYTHING.  Never have......

SCAM ALERT!!!!! SCAM ALERT!!!!

5-10-2013 called this morning on a new local 480-428-1108 number. (I filed this in 800 notes under the new number)

Second time they have called since 4-22-2013.

This is a new local number they are using as I have blocked the prior local number they used. The prior number was 480-428-1097. This number is also listed in 800 notes as a scam.

They leave the same 866-625-8973 call back number. They go by Dynamic Recovery Solutions..never leave a rep name either.

This is a SCAM!

We owe no debts...absolutely NONE..ZIP!!. Our credit file is clean and regularly checked so nothing is erroneously placed on our credit file.

These scammers never know the name of the person they are calling or trying to collect from. They hope whoever answers will be intimidated into giving them a name to associate with the number they have just called.

They are very aggressive and try strong arm type of intimidation tactics. They will tell you owe on a past debt and want you to confirm your name for them. If you reply and ask who they are trying to reach, they will say they are noting in your file that you are being uncooperative which will make you look bad in court when they sue you.

They will sometimes say that you have committed fraud and that if you do not pay this debt, they will have you arrested for felony fraud and identity theft.

If you ask them for an address they will usually give you an out of state east coast type of an address that if you check it on Google, it usually will be a vacant lot or a gas station/convenience store.

They typically don't leave their names, but will insist you promptly return their call today if they get your voice mail. They will also say this pertains to an extremely urgent matter.

They typically use an African American male with a deep voice patched through a vocal effect amplifier and put a reverb or slight echo effect on it to make it sound more official and intimidating.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION.
They are fishing/phishing and trying to scam you.
This scammer also scams in other states too... they call people with local area code numbers so they show as local in hopes you will answer....but always leave the 866 number for you to call them back.

If you ask them to send you a written notice of the supposed debt as this is the legal way to collect a debt (not just phone calls for who knows what)... they will try to get your address...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION...
If the debt is real or valid..they should already have your address and you will already know about it.

These scammers are playing on the millions of Americans who have debt (good or bad) and most likely in collections...they are hoping you will be tricked and intimidated to coughing up money.... DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION!!!
