Call back gets "Thank you for calling Diversified Consultants."  This is a debt collector with a nasty reputation.

Diversified Consultants, Inc. is a third-party debt collection agency specializing in the telecom industry. It seeks payment on accounts related to wireless, landline, cable and satellite services for phone, Internet access, television, security and utilities.
The company is sometimes referred to as DCI Collect. It has offices in Jacksonville, Florida, and Portland, Oregon.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau database listed 349 complaints about Diversified Consultants, Inc. received between July 2013 and September 2014. Among the allegations were complaints that company representatives had:
•    Continued to try to collect debt not owed
•    Called outside the appropriate 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. time frame
•    Made frequent or repeated phone calls
•    Refused to provide information necessary to verify the debt
•    Disclosed the consumer’s debt to a third party
•    Made false statements or representations.
The Better Business Bureau said in September 2014 it has closed 305 complaints against Diversified Consultants, Inc. in the previous three years, including 162 in the prior 12 months. These pertained to:
•    Billing / collection issues
•    Problems with product / service
•    Advertising / sales issues.
Complaints generally concern contacting wrong phone numbers, and credit reporting disputes. The company has responded and resolved each complaint on file by making adjustments when warranted, the BBB says.
The BBB lists a complaint as “closed” when it is satisfied with the company’s response. “Closed” does not indicate that the consumer is satisfied.
