Called this number back and it is Credit One Bank

No they are really credit one bank.

credit one bank. and if they calling u u owe them money. one day late with payment and u will get any where from 10 to 15 calls a day.

They are calling me literally every 30 min, for the past 3 hours, on a Sunday. This is harassment.

I finally answered a call and she went through the whole "this call will be recorded" bs  I replied to her all my calls were recorded also. She then said that I would not be permitted to record the call.  She again said I would not be permitted to record the call.  I reminded her again that this call would be recorded.  There was a long pause then she hung up.

Credit One Bank Left No Message Calls Ten Times A Day.........

Calling all day, several times a day. I got called 3 times in one hour. How many numbers does Credit One have? This is ridiculous!! Maybe they should spend their money on customer service and working with people than all of these phone numbers. As soon as I block one they call from another. Most of the time no one is there and they will not take me off their call list because someone put my phone number down as their own!!

They call but leave no message.

Calls 20 times a day from this number alone, no messages.  When answering the call, they just hang up.  They use other numbers, too, to make it look like someone else is calling.  Same result with those numbers.  They'll call with one number, then call with another less than 5 minutes later.  Then will call back 30 minutes later doing the same thing.  I'm reporting them to FTC, and my State's Attorney office.  They are definitely being abusive, and violation the FDCPA.

I receive multiple calls a day and they never leave a message.
