This person stated his name was Troy, very casual, acted as if he had an established relationship w/ out business. Asked the owner to call him back in regards to "some changes with his merchant services account." I called back and it auto-answered without any mention of the business name, just said "Troy" and went into his VM. Thankfully, I checked here first.

I just got a call to our office from this "Troy" guy saying he was with Merchant Services and it would be in our best interest to call him back right away because he "knew people in high places that wouldn't be happy if we didn't comply"?  What does that even mean?  He also said he enjoys the "company of men, if you know what I mean"..and then said "he'd like to work very close personally with me cause I sounded like his type of guy."

Quite possibly the weirdest call I've ever received.  He has a very high pitched voice that really creeps me out and the fact he told me he enjoys the company of men???

I've received calls from this person at this number 3 times within the last week trying to get a hold of the business owner in regards to changes to our merchant services account. When I told him (Troy) that I handled it for the company he became very irritated and told me we wasn't going to waste his f***ing time repeating himself 10 times and I'd better out the owner on the phone. When I told him no, he hung up. There have not been any recent changes to my merchant services account, so please if you get a call from this number, do not give them any information. When you call it back it has no company name attached ti the voicemail.

Troy called and I asked for his name as I do all calls coming into our company when they ask for the owner. I then informed him the owner is out of town. To which he replied, why would you ask for my name then you're wasting my time, and he promptly hung up.I bet that gets him far in life. I didn't give him any information.

Troy calls at least 3 times a day......When he is told that his services are not needed and to not call again he calls back 3 times in quick sucession just to be rude....Don't know who he is or what he wants.  When I asked him if he was from a collection service he hung up.He had my co-worker yelling at him out of frustration.  How can we get this tooooo stop.

This guy is a total [***].  I was working on a project and he called.  He gives some speach about how my company is at a tier X rating on credit card processing and he could get me to a better tier.  I asked him to get to the point with what he is selling.  He states that he is not selling anything.  I asked him what the purpose of his call was and he goes back to the merchant processing tier speach again. I attempted to ask a couple of questions and he talked over me so I talked over him and let him know that it was rude to not listen and keep talking.  I let him know he needed to go back to @sswipe school and hung up.  He called back telling me he wanted an apology and I told him to get lost.  He offered to come to my office to fight and I told him to keep in touch and let me know where he ends up working next and that I would come there and buy some fries from him.  He called 5 more times and I just hung up each time.

I got a call from Troy about an hour ago.  He asked for my boss by name and gave me his when I asked who was calling but when I asked what he was calling about he wanted my name and when I again asked him why he was calling he told me I just lost a customer and hung up.  Got his vm when I called back.

Got a call from Shimeon Maddux giving pretty much the same spiel as has been described above.  I asked which account he was calling in regards to, because it wasn't making any sense to me as we don't accept credit cards, and he couldn't tell me.  Just said it was in regards to our merchant services account.   I asked him to get to the point and if he was trying to sell me something, and he told ME not to be rude (!?!?!?).  At that point I asked for his name and to speak with his manager.  He laughed, didn't put me on hold, but called some guy named "John" to the phone to take the call.  I can hear them both laughing in the background.  John gets on the line and askes how he can help me, and I asked him to explain the nature and intent of the call.  He starts the same spiel so I countered with the same objection, now starting to realize this is regarding credit card processing.  When I told John we do not accept credit cards, he hung up on me.
