480-467-23552 May 2007- i'll confirm it's from banner hospital. They're calls are automated and you can't have someone call you back. Seems to me that they are part of the reason collection agencies have such a bad reputation! They are ligit however, took some time to track down which doctor and bill but they did contact my insurance company for me to inquire.

They sometimes leave messages and ask that if it is the wrong number to call back, but I don't ever tell anyone calling my cell number whose number it is. I do not know the answer about harassing calls at work from bill collectors--does anyone know?
- You have to tell the debt collector in writing to stop calling you. They can choose to take the matter further once you tell them to stop, it's not like you write a letter and your debt to the company disapears. Your best bet is to talk to them and work out a payment plan, sometimes they are even willing to negotiate the amount you owe them.

- elle22 Jul 2007This number is always calling and never leaves a message or when they do it's like they hang up on the voicemail. They call my cell and work number all the time. I even get calls on Sundays. The time range of these calls begin about 6:45a-7:00a to as late as 10p-11p. It's very annoying.

they cannot find the person who called you.
When you are called by a Collection agency that has your address,
ask them for a copy of the contract which authorizes them to collect
for your creditor. 99% of the time, they will not send it. they mite
leave you alone. 32 years attorney at law Lawrence Mortician- That is totally true. Never ever give any personal information to any creditor. They have to prove to you that they own that contract. You can go to FTC.GOV and down load all the forms. They legally have to send some sort of proof they own that bill. And more than likely they won't bother sending any information, proof.
- Mr A5 Jan 2008I received two calls from this number. In addition, the number 1-866-768-0804 and www.csbpayweb was mentioned as contact data. The nice female voice did instruct me that if I was not Kelly Kramer to please call them back, as they would remove my phone number from their files. As an investigator I smelled a scam. However, I quickly did the math. The voice provided enough information that I deduced was somewhat honest. This is a collection agency.
I went out on a limb and called back on the second call from this number. I mentioned that I was not Kelly Kramer. The nice voice assured me that my number would be removed from their calling list. - Actual Human16 Jan 2008This number has called at least twice per day for several months now. They never leave a message. I am on the national do not call list and have reported them multiple times. I have attempted to call them but it will answer and then hang up on me a few seconds later. The few times I have answered they ask for names I have never heard of. I've told them to stop calling and they say they'll remove me from 'the list'. They just called for the third time today. So much for being removed from 'the list'. . .
