Often receive calls from this number - looking for the tool & equipment purchaser.  I ask, is this a solicitation call?  He says NO, we're not selling anything.  I say, OK - talk to me.
Then he hangs up.
Happens every time these time wasters call.

Lady called from this number and asked to speak with Vicente. "He's not here, can I take a message?" She hangs up.

The name on caller ID pops up as "Ace Industrial". This is a tool and equipment supplier, that is like a crazy person stalking you. They can't take a hint, when you tell them that you're not interested and to stop calling

I received multiple calls from this number today asking for the "service department." We don't have a service department, so I asked how we can help. The male on the phone kept repeating, "Hello, hello, can I speak with the service department, hello?" No matter what I responded, they repeated the same thing until I started imitating them, and then the caller hung up. About two minutes later, they called again with the same nonsense. Number blocked.
