Received a call from this number and they hung up. Called the number back and received a message stating the number I am trying to call is not reachable...

I got a call from this number and it went to voicemail.  Caller left no message.  I tried calling the number back and reached the following recording.  "The number you have called is not reachable."
Name on Caller ID:  Timothy Huberty.  It appears someone is spoofing his number when calling us.

No message.

This person has called my phone at night twice in the last week. No message, blocked call-back number.

if they have to revert to sell newspapers with fake crap why bother, or I assume that or magazine subs.

Caller ID shows Timothy Huberty, caller represented themselves as Center for Power Management.  This outfit has a recorded message and if you press 5, they give you to a live person who asks about your energy company.  Asked to speak to a supervisor, and the male answering hung up.  Shady operation.

Per my report above, a complaint has been filed with the FTC.  Highly recommend others to do this.

This number has called my landline and my cell.  On my landline, the ID is the same Timothy Huberty that everyone here has mentioned.  

Calling my cell makes me very angry.  Can't these jerks be stopped?  Does the Do Not Call list mean anything at all?

I get at least one phone call from this number every day with a message that is not understandable.

I got a hang up call from thin number on 4/20/2012 @ 1849 hours.

Got 3 calls can't call back.

The number keeps calling and when answered it hangs up. Shows up as Wireless Caller.

Got a call yesterday, and just now today.  I reported the @#$%$# guy to Donotcall.gov/  Everyone should who gets this junk.

Call came in from "Timothy Huberty" on caller ID, 480-543-0834.  The recording indicated it was a very important call from the "Center of Powerbill Management".  It said for more info, press 5.  The man was rude and refused to give his location for security purposes.  I told him they called a telephone number on the DO NOT CALL LIST illegally, and he responded by stating they are a "public service".  I asked if they accept money, and he said "no, it's already been paid for".  These scamsters must be reported.  I am filing a report with the FTC as well as the FCC.

I have received several dozen calls from this scam artist on both my home and cell numbers. I filed a complaint with the FCC. Recommend everyone do this. In the meantime, try to find the business address and complain in person.

This same number and caller ID Timothy Huberty has been calling my home and business line multiple times day and night for past 2 weeks. It is always a hang up if I answer until tonight, so I pressed 5 to talk with someone. Got the same rude male that answers and refuses to stop calling. Time to report this jerk to the Attorney General and FCC and BBB. By the way, tonight he claimed the company is Central Global Energy. Let's get this jerk and his annoying calls and the business he claims to represent.

Just got a call from Huberty Timothy,  same recorded message about saving 30 to 35% on your energy bills.  "Do not call list" does not work.... never did....( )

It's an official-sounding "study group" to potentially save money on your electric bill at no cost to you.  They phrase it like it's an official government or power company program.  It's just the same company who has been annoying me for years to try to schedule appointments to sell me overpriced or dubious solar energy       systems and claim it's free because the government pays for it and you save electricity.  I've looked at their products and am not impressed.  They keep coming back with a different company name, web page, and product line but it's the same characters or proposals.  They are all about getting you to schedule an in-home consultation where they'll give you the hard sell on duct cleaning, solar hot water, power factor conditioners or whatever the current gimmick is.  Some of their products would be useful, if not for the shady selling practices and prices.  Avoid any of the "power factor conditioners" like the plague because they don't save you any money.
