its allstate insurance, trying to sell me business insurance coverage and/or a commercial auto policy.

call from "unknown". when i answered nobody there. . ? some kind of marketing i suppose. i am on the do not call list

He knew my name and I didn't admit who I was and then he hung up

Male caller looking for the owner when I told him he was unavailable he said that the boss wanted a quote on medical insurance and if he could go over it with me instead.  I told him no and he hung up.  Obvious scam no true insurer would handle business this way or go over something like group insurance with the receptionist who has no authority of such a purchase.

Call from Allstate Ins., caller hung up on me before I finished saying I wasn't Interested,

I answered and they just hung up.

Steve telemarketer rep. from AZ called for a sales pitch for medical health benefits. Silly boy. You don't call a military city that has more disabled veterans than active duty and try to sell medical/health insurance. Poor, poor Steve didn't understand what a Military City is or what it stands for. Advised him to figure it out and never to call here again. Hung up!!!

2nd call in two days, they always hang up. The funny part? I work at an insurance company!

They call all the time- Everytime I answer there is nothing but silence. Today I *69 and got the number, called it and went to an extension 16 and I left a friendly number. Said next time they call me they better talk and said I have the number and it will be no problem finding out where the call came from... Lets see if they call again lol
