Crazy. I was a victim of Greatest Vitamin in the World. Then this person called me and stated he could help me recover my money? How the hell did this person get my phone number and know that I got screwed by GVW? Someone really needs to put this dude in jail.

This number shows up on my caller ID everyday and I finally talked to a man named Frank. He claimed he could help me get my money back from GVW scam ,in my mind I 'm thinking the whole time he's talking if he ask for money thats it, then the "one time fee" pops into the conversation. Immediately my radar goes up like how in the hell do i have to pay money to get refunded money?? hell you called me!! Anyway, I googled the phone number and it took me to this phony looking website which by the way that "one time fee" can go as high as $499.00 that $89.95 pitch gets you nothing!! Its sick how ppl try to take advantage of hard working people we got enough problems!!My advice is DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

also this number is linked to other phony websites just google the number and they will all pop up.

A 'Kevin Lewis' called me and said he could help me recover money wasted on Greatest Vitamin in the World for a fee. How did he get my phone number?  How did he know I spent money on GVW?

For your information, Business Recovery Services (BRS) is presently in negotiations with the acquiring bank for The Greatest Vitamin in the World.  In addition, BRS has submitted a proposal to the acquiring bank on behalf of almost 100 clients.  BRS is awaiting a response from the acquiring bank.

So, do you want to continue to cry in your spilt milk?  Or, do you want to actually try to recover your hard-earned money that you foolishly spent with The Greatest Vitamin in the World?

Also, if you are going to file a complaint, then that's fine.  However, next time please have the intestinal fortitude to leave your name, address, and telephone number so that we could discuss the issue further rather than act like a little baby who just cires about his/her situation.

For your information, a list of clients who have successfully recovered their money from a variety of home-based businesses is available upon request.  Also, the successful recoveries on this same list have been respectfully submitted to The United States Postal Inspector's Office for their perusal.

So this company is going to charge people MONEY to to get money back??? Why don't they take it out of the money they're getting back?? Most folks that spent money like that have spent substantial money getting to this point. So their getting back at least enough money that this ?outfit? can collect whatever fee from that!! I received a phone call from this number to day, from a man named "John" who left a voicemail message. I wish you all could hear it...it sounded like some young kid who had no idea what he was talking about. He stuttered and stumbled over his words and didn't sound at all confident in what he was promoting...

Here's the interesting thing. Like many of you, he knew that I had been involved in a home business called EDC Gold. The message, like yours, was about getting my money back. I'm not worried about how he got my number, I figure there are tons of lists out there regardless of how careful I am. But the interesting thing is that they have no idea whether I was even unhappy with my home business experience or not. And as it happens, I am not. I was successful, and earned enough to open my own local business which I'm running now. I was in the business for about 2 years, and have absolutely no complaints. The only reason I left was because I wanted to put my energy full-time into what I really love doing, which is the business I own now. The demands on my time became to strenuous, but that's another story.

Sorry guys, you'll have to come up with a better scam than that. Next time, check to see whether such a "refund" is even necessary. I for one don't need it. And you wouldn't get my money even if I did.

For those of you who feel you have been scammed by a home business, simply contact the FTC. They are the ones who work with State Attorney Generals to put the crooks out of business and help people get their money back. And their assistance is free. No need for shifty services like this!

Just received a call from Andrea saying to call her at 480.649.4251 to recover money. However, my caller id showed 928.554.6496. Both of these numbers are in AZ. Apparantly, AZ doesn't care about the enforcement of the National Do-Not-Call laws and continues to allow scams like this to operate openly and freely.

Kudos to you "Not Fooled" and thank you for posting.  I have received two calls from individuals from Business Recovery Services in the last two days. One from Kristy (no last name at 480-649-4251) who specifically mentioned EDC Gold in her message, the other from David Rodriguez ( 480-733-2214 )only mentioned recovering money from "one or more home based businesses".

Since his was the second call I had gotten I thought I'd call back to find out what this was all about.  A different guy answered the phone and when I asked for David I was asked if I could hold (I could hear many other conversations in the background and phones ringing which gave me the impression that this was a call center).  I told him I was on a break (true) and asked that David call me back during a time that I would be available.  In trying to figure out a mutually agreeable time (time zones etc.) I learned they were in Arizona.

I still haven't heard back from them and don't really care to now that I know the real reason for their call.  I joined EDC to learn more about internet marketing for my exisiting offline business which I did.  I consider my investment well worth what I paid because what I learned and used helped me grow my business faster than any business seminars sponsored by my local chamber of commerce (sorry COC...), and it was much more cost effective than attending university or community college classes.

Folks, if you joined an online business and you really believe you were scammed you should be contacting your states Atty General.  Folks like BRC only exisit to make money off of you in the guise of trying to "help" you.  It's interesting that the same person "Brian Hessler" keeps posting the same message about how legitimate BRC is but has yet to directly address any of the other questions put to him in this forum.... Hmmmm.

I received a call from Peggy at 480-649-4251 stating that I could be a victim of fraud and to call her back (3 times in 2 days).  The only problem is when you call back there is no one who answers and there is no answering machine.  Eventually after about 10 rings or so it beeps 3 or 4 times and that is the end of the call (they do not accept calls from private numbers either - you need to dial *82 or call from a cell).  I have contacted the FRAUD DEPT. of the FBI (WWW.IC3.GOV) and I suggest anyone who gets a call from this number do the same!  Another company scamming us hard working tax payers.  A legit company gives you all information - not just a phone number, name and that you are a victim of fraud.  Great way to get unsuspecting people to call and place frivolous claims against legitimate internet business owners.  Sad our society has come to this.  Any way to make a quick buck.  Whatever happend to an HONEST DAYS PAY FOR AN HONEST DAYS WORK???????  You go Brian Hessler.  The last guy that tried to scam me is in JAIL.  I was summons to travel across the United States to testify against him at a Federal Trial.  Newport IM Corp. if you want to do a little research yourself!
