they are fake...they asked personal info., then when i asked who they represented, she hung up on me

They called, i hit answer but didn't make a sound, they hanged up after 21 seconds of silence :)

Called at 4:15pm CST 11/24/2010, but I didn't answer.  Didn't leave a voice message.

Left no voice message... 11/24/2010

Answered my cell and all I heard was "This is Rachel(?) calling about your bank card account. First I'd like to say that there is nothing wrong with your account" and I hung up. Called the number back from a land line and got somebody's voice mail for customer service that sounded like it was recorded from a cell in a car on the express way with the windows down. VM was full too.

they called my home phone a while ago and said they were card member services. When I pressed 1 to talk to someone, I told them we don't own a credit card, he called me a [***] and hung up
