says the number i am calling is not a valid extension.

They left a message for me...it was from Enbrel.  They produce an injectible biological drug used to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis, and some other autoimmune diseases.

I forgot to mention...I signed up for their co-pay assistance card when I was on Enbrel, so thats why they called

I signed up for Xopenex savings card - asthma medication discount program...   Pfizer.

received two calls from them today wanting to update my information.  they would not provide me with any infomration as to what company was calling and why they needed this information.  they offered to give me a number which i could call back to them.  i called them back at the number they called from and was told the number wasn't valid.  if this is legit, this is not a good way to do business.

I had a phone call on my cell phone from a lady that started the phone call off by asking for my birthdate.  We are in the year of 2011 and scams that happen every minute.  why in the world would i give out my personal information over the phone to someone who refuses to tell me what company they are calling from.  they gave me another phone number to call.  Cannot believe how they are doing business.  I read on here that is for Enbrel.. I am calling them now.  Horrible business practice!!

Received a missed call, no msg. Seems to be the medical industry as mentioned above. For myself, I recently sent in for a rebate, probably them calling.

I received a call today asking to verify for insurance.  Asked for birthdate and referenced my doctor, but would not give out their name claiming HIPA privacy rules.  I declined, as my clinic verifies it own insurance. I called my clinic which knew nothing about call. They verify their own.  Got same message when I call above, not a valid number.

Don't believe Katie, above...interestingly, a Katie filed the same exact post on another website where people report possible scam numbers calling them.  She is trying to reassure you that it is not a scam, but it surely must be given that they do not identify themselves.  They must have a way to find out you are on Enbrel (not terribly hard to do, I'm sure).

Jennifer, the post is valid, I too get calls from Enbrel at this number regarding my copay assistance.

I am more inclined to agree this is a scam, judging from the majority of the posts above.  I received three calls from this number, one on January 2, 2012 and two more back to back today.  I am not on any medications whatsoever, and have not signed up for anything at all even remotely related to medication.  As other posters above have done, I called this number back since they did not leave a message.  I received a recording stating the number was not a valid extension.  Anyone on Enbrel should not give out any of their personal information to anyone at this number.  Call the maker of Enbrel instead, not the other number this outfit gives you to call.  I think you will find the company knows nothing about it.  Regardless of what their privacy policy says, companies routinely sell mailing lists and e-mail lists to other companies all the time.  Individuals can even purchase these lists, so it would not be hard to find out who is taking Enbrel.

By the way, this number is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I was just called from this number (480-663-5000).  I am on enbrel.  I was asked to respond to the call at 888-4362735 (888-4enbrel) which is a valid number for enbrel support.  Since I have dealt with enbrel support at this number for 3 months I will be answering the message.

SCAM - - - - Received a call from Paula today at "Embrel Support" asking for date of birth. Gave a return phone number for us to call which was actually valid Embrel number...never heard of Paula but was very kind to offer assistance..

The inbound number was from 480-663-5000 from Scottsdale, AZ ...this is FAKE !!  Do not reply to any requests at all from this number....

Just received another call from this number on my cell.  No voice mail message left.  I am still not on Enbrel or any other medications.  I went to the Verizon website and blocked it.

Received call from 480-663-5000 according to caller id wanted to know my Date of birth before she could reveal want company she was with and she would not give me her name. Scam ------i tried calling this number back and it says invalid extention

I just received a call and they left a voicemail.  It's not a scam.  I signed up for Taclonex customer care program and a copay card and that is who was calling.
