Michael - 25 Jul 2007This is a Verizon phone number...contacting their customers. I just got called Verizon, they said it was dealing with my account...change, update, get a free month of service, etc.

I selected option 9 for self service automated options and get endless ringing, but no answer. endless meaning 32 rings. Get the words SELF SERVICE AUTOMATED this is a phishing scam if their ever was one
