Person calls, asks for an employee but will not leave a message, number, etc. Not who they are. Does any one have that information?

this is a "merchant services" call - they are sleazy sales people that insist it's not a solicitation. F'in idiots.

Called on my cell phone - left no message. Called them back, said they were Merchant Services, demanded to know my name. When I asked why they called, they refused to say and hung up on me TOTAL SCUM BAGS.

Rec'd call at my business from 480-719-4487. The man's name was Nick Dollanger and he was calling from Eschelon Merchant Services (though at first he would only say merchant services). When I said the owner wasn't available he said to let him know his account has been "flagged" and that it was important. When pressed, he gave me some pitch about reducing processing fees, etc. I've read on other sites that they are kind of a scam. Beware.

Just received a call from this number, 480-719-4487 from a guy named Nick.  He insisted he talk to my boss about his Visa/Mastercard account and said it had been flagged by the merchant.  When I asked why Visa or Mastercard didn't contact us directly he gave some line about being the merchant service provider.  He was very pushy and became rude and condescending when I pushed back.  Ended up hanging up on him as he wouldn't answer my questions.

They are still at it.  thanks for having this service where we can find out of somethng is a scam.

This number (and another number from the same company 360-322-6158) has called our office 12 times in less than ten minutes. They claimed to be a company called Merchant Services which a return phone call reveals as a loan approval company. The lady that called identified herself as "Alicia" and asked for the owner (one of the owners answered the phone), but strangely Alicia did not want to speak to that owner and when that owner hung up on Alicia, we received 11 more calls (tying up all our phone lines) as Alicia claimed she was not harassing our business with these calls, but that she wanted to offer us something, but only to a specific owner.
Sounds reasonable, right? BTW, she refused to allow us to speak to a supervisor.
Reputable company, right? I don't think so!
As I write this, they have called 6 more times! LOL

This company is incessant.  When I see "Echelon Financial" on my caller ID, I usually ignore the call.  But they will keep calling until you pick up! Sometimes they just hang up on me, or launch into their pitch.  When you say you're not in need of their services they SWEAR that they aren't trying to sell you anything (yeah, right). It's deceptive, because they try to make you believe they represent your processor or something.  So you ask them to stop calling, hang up, and he calls right back!  Relentless.
