Answered and said hello several times... caller just started laughing. and saying "geez"  could hear kids and a tv in the background.  Caller ID said Merch Serv.  After not getting a response to my hello I hung up.

got a call from 480-719-4510. she said she wanted to give me important information from Visa & Mastercard.  I was skeptical & asked who she worked for, she said "Merchant Services".  She said she just wants to give me information directly from Visa & Mastercard. I asked her to send to my email address. she said that she couldn't  I hung up & called my merchant services company, they said that this company is called Merchant Services and uses this ruse to get clients to change their service provider.

Caller ID says "Susana" with phone number 480-719-4510.  Didn't leave message.  Guessing it's a telemarketer.

They have been harrassing my business for about a week. Same as Mark M above.
Same exact story. I have reported them to FCC.gov.  Hope you do the same.

Same as KR and Mark M. "Charity" said she was trying to notify the business owner of important changes to merchant services w/ visa and mastercard. gave an ID number to reference when calling back. will be reporting them as well.
