Got a call asking for our son in law!????

Takes more than paying your bill. I paid my bill and still got a call.

Very nice call from Citi Mortgage Response Dept. I had e-mailed them and told them what I thought about them not wanting to refinance my existing loan. Guy was very nice and said he would check into it for me.

I don't even own a home and I got a call from this number!

you should always pay it on time and not fall behind then you wouldnt get calls still. it takes more than just paying it once to stop the calls they dont just call you to say hi! they call cause you dont pay your bill! and you dont pay regular like your suppose to. all you people get mad when bill collectors call you! pay what you agreed to pay so you dont have to complain about getting called!!!

Yet another message by Citimortgage, but the reps do not speak clearly and the 877 number they leave couldn't be determined to return the call.  Why it comes up under Asc Home Equity now (Citi held my mortgage for near 4 years), I have no clue.  But then it just baffles me that CitiFinancial mortgae changed to CitiMortgage and who knows what else.  Each division still contacts me separately, mails me items separately and you'd think, being one parent company and I had only one account with them, my account would be clearly updated, but it is not.  I had to file bankruptcy and surrender my home after a divorce, during this time they were not supposed to contact me, yet the different divisions kept calling.  I guess they didn't get the memo, but that is why I hired an attorney.  Now, the house has been court ordered to sell at auction and they receive the proceeds and nothing will change that, yet the calls have resumed.  Why, I have no clue, but if they left a clear message, I would return the call.  I am not mad at them or upset with the situation, but I do request they all get on the same page when I request not to be called every day.  Legally, once you do make such a request, I believe they have to oblige.  But again, if not everyone gets that memo or the company has 20 different names...

I ended up calling them back. I pressed 0 to get straight to the operator or a customer support representive and it told me that 'they couldn't complete my call at this time, please try again.' Then they hung up.
