It's a collection agency called RMS.  They are pretending to be a reputable company that reports business information to other businesses.  Really they are collecting information from you to collect money from you.

called my shop today --- VERY aggressive, curt, and threatening.  True, we do owe money, but don't tell the clerk all your shop's financial woes. wanted the owners cell phone or contact info NOW and would not take "i can't give that to you" or " i just don't know" as an answer. told the clerk, as a representative of the shop he is also responsible for financial records/info/payables, etc.....
they are RMS, also go by DUN BRADSTREET,  a collection agency. clerk was VERY upset after that.

the right thing to do....when the collectors stop abusing us on the phone, lying to us,blocking the id on the phone and ask who is calling and refusing to tell us and then asking to send us proof of the debt and they don't do it,,when they follow the fdcpa regulations and when they DO THE RIGHT THING then maybe will do the right thing...i know you work for this company and get paid 10.00 an hour with no benefits and you need to collect monies for your 20 percent commission but you cant break the law either...

    Well,
Someone is upset.... I'm sure you owe loads of debt and know the collections
laws by heart by now. As for my salary you would be surprised how much I make plus the excellent benifits package that comes along with it. All that
really matters is I have enough to pay my bills... Do you???
I know the type of person who writes letters requested proof of the debt you didnt have any problem getting the credit card or using it for whatever your needs may be but when its time to pay up then you cry & stall requesting proof. I send proof to every person who asks for it.  The sad thing is its a proven fact that only 15% of people that who request statements or signatures on past due credit cards really do something about what they owe after the recieve the documentation they demanded.

you see why we dont have any respect for you idiots i know this guy who works for nationwide a much bigger company then you and he has 9 years with the company and makes 16.00 an hour with no benefits he needs his 20 percent commission check to make a living,so because of the economy he is not making ends meet.
now me..i get calls from your company demanding i pay 11,000.00 for a debt to chase guess that i dont owe chase any monies i already verified that with them but you idiots insist i owe the money i even told your company to call chase they refuse i ask for documentation and they say we dont have to send you anything i dont owe monies and yes since i been getting these calls saying i have a claim against you and im going to sue you and garnish your salary which by fdcpa law you cant say that to me unless your a lawyer.plus it was an unsecured no doc loan you can say you can be sued but not threatening me to sue me a also told them i live on a pension check and in my state you cant garnish a pension check there comment is we can do whatever we want then i say the fdcpa then she interrupts me and says we dont have to follow fdcpa regulations, the way i see it you have about 5,000.00 in fines for violating my rights under the fdcpa plus you pay lawyer fees oh i bought a tape machine and taped those conversations...you should get a job with security and you will get paid more then 10.00 an hour and work overtime to.
