In spite of the fact that I've answered these calls and let them know they have the WRONG number AND the wrong person, they continue to call.  The calls come from a variety of similar numbers for this company.  I have sent them a letter demanding the calls stop, and they have. A reverse search of this number brings up a home residence number, so either the company is masking its real phone number, or the home numbers are for whomever they've outsourced to. To stop these kind of calls from this particular company, particularly if you know they have the wrong person AND you don't owe anyone a dime, you have the right to write to the company demanding they stop calling. State laws vary, but federal consumer protection laws do not. Once you're written (via certified mail return receipt) They may not contact you again UNLESS it's either to tell you they will no longer be calling, or that they will be taking some kind of legal action.  Also, they may NOT call your friends, family or place of work more than three times, and only to attempt to get your present whereabouts. By law they MUST within 12 days of first contact with you (that means you answer the phone and verify you are who they are looking for) they must send you a copy of the supposed bill or debt papers or they MUST STOP CALLING.

Received a call from ICM 484-494-3348 saying they spoke to me and was calling to know if I wanted to sell my timeshare.  They have a marketing department and she wanted me to speak with them about selling a timeshare that I have only owned for 3 months. I guess they get your name off a mailing/marketing list. Why would I want to sell something that I just bought and have not used yet? They will be listed on my phone Block List.

Remove my number from this calling list and and other lists which are even remotely associated with your pathetic company.  Calls from this number ring and do not leave messages and additionally when the call is answered no one replies.  Any attempt to call this number back results in a busy signal.  Basically these are nothing but bothersome, nuisance calls intended for NO OTHER PURPOSE than to interrupt an otherwise relaxing evening, or perhaps a screen to determine if anyone is home - therefoe possibly contributing or aiding in criminal activity.

The company that provides the telephone service to this number would be fully justified in disconnecting the service, except for the fact that they most likely benefit from some revenue generated.

I have made note of this number and this request and will persue any further botherances from this company (ICM Marketing G) or number with the FCC.

I kept getting calls on my land line and my cell new phone numbers on both...they just don't understand the concept  'WRONG NUMBER"...UGH!  so I disconnected my land line and listed them on my cell directory as "Nobody" and gave them a no ring..silent ring tone...hopefully they will get annoyed and stop calling..problem solved

I just got a call from them on my cell phone.  I answered and heard nothing.  I just hung up and hope they don't call back.  I wouldn't be surprised if it was a timeshare buyer/reseller because those pests call me a lot too.

I'm curious.  I think I got calls like this before the last time that  I posted my info on a Job Board (m0nster.com).  I just updated my info on this job site about 4-days ago, and now I'm receiving these strange calls.  Last time it seemed like I got these calls with nobody on the other end, and it wasn't much later that I received Sales Calls (can't recall what they were selling) and then I got Collectors calling for somebody I've never heard of (it took about two weeks for them to remove my number from their calling list).  The info provided above, ICM Marketing G, is helpful.  Has anyone else incidentally posted their information on a large Job Board recently?  Thanks everyone.

Stop calling

They called me just a moment ago about my timeshare also. First they called and hung up when I answered and then they called right back. Same deal about selling the timeshare. I'm sure it's a scam. Don't even bother to answer it.

I want to be removed from this list.
