This number called me this morning saying I had applied for a loan.  I told him I never applied for a loan and to take me off his list.  I was curious as to what was on the application and the guy read off my social security number, bank information and account number and my address.  He said if I wanted my name to be taken off the list I would have to pay him $30.00.  I told him NO I would not and he then started calling me a [***] [***] and hung up.  I called back and we got into a big verbal altercation.  He would ask how much I charge since I sound like his neighbor [***].  Total idiot.  If this number calls you and he's got a thick accent, tell him to shove it!

I received a call from this number and indian guy who claimed there is a lawsuit against me and I should have my attorney call him. and he claimed to be from IRS!!

I received a call from this number and Indian guy who claimed there is a lawsuit against me and I should have my criminal  attorney call him. and he claimed to be from IRS!!I hang up on him after he told me he is only going to tell me once that I owe IRS money and they are coming to arrest me.

I got a call from an indian accent guy phone number 4845256755 that I have a problem with IRS and I should have my attorney call him.

Total scam.

A guy called with Indian accent claiming he is from IRS, and i have a problem. Remember IRS will NOT call you for any reason.

I got a call from this number from a guy with a thick Indian accent (Ray Gordon) telling me there is anpending IRS law-suit against me.  He transferred me to his "supervisor", another guy with yet another thick Indian accent called James Schnieder telling me there he needs $500 to postpone my trial date.   I stayed on the line with them to amuse myself.

Got a call just now from this number from a guy with an Indian accent. He said there is case against me and right now my name and social security number is under investigation. He claimed to call from
Johnson County legal office and told me to call the number he is calling me on to talk to a Jim Synder who is a federal attorney to know what this case is about. Advised the guy that he got and accent and the number is a 484 number and Johnson County is 913 number so the call seems funky and I don't know anything I will be investigated about.

I got the exact same call from a "James Schneider" telling me there is a IRS lawsuit against me for $3,500 of back taxes.  I asked him where is he calling from; he said Philadelphia.  I asked "James Schneider" is not an Indian name, why he has such a thick Indian accent?  He said he does not have an accent.  I told him it is rather odd that Dr. Sanjay Gupta from CNN does not have an accent but "James Schneider" from IRS has a very thick accent.  I then told him IRS does not make phone calls and I am sure this is a F'** scam and hung up.  Then I called back the number to have a bit of fun with them.  Another guy "Eric Borden" with Indian accent picked up the phone. "Eric" put "James" on the line.  I told James I am prepared to pay my back taxes to him.  He said it is too late now; my case is already in court.  I said which court?  He said the Federal court in Washington DC.  I




 

This number called me and said I owed money and had to put the money on a green dot card to pay. I know I should have been smarter but they got 700 dollars from me. I feel stupid but learned my lesson.

The same guy called me five times today.  He has a thick Indian accent.  He first left me a message saying I applied for a loan and was approved.  I called him back and said not to call my phone again.  He said sure no problem and I hung up.  He has called me before.  Hate scamming scumbags like this.  I wonder how many people have fell for it and gave him their personal information.   Disgusting!

I got a call from him too on the loan, I did it and lost my money. I am reporting him to the FBI on Sept. 30, 2014.  I already filed charges against him today with my local authorities. The more complaints I can find would be great. I also have a lawyer, so if you were a victim of this scam please report it to the FBI so we can get this jerk. I also got all the information on the guy. Thanks Google.

I received an email saying i had been approved for a $5000 loan. Then i received a call from the same phone number that was in the email. In between the email and call i did some research on thenphone number and found this page.  Apparently they have switched to loans instead of back taxes and criminal charges now. Beware of "Eric Gordon" and others

I got a email from him saying i was approved for a 5000 dollar loan. Sent me info that was real so i called him sounds like the same man been calling me saying i need to give him my info and they will take 1 out of my account to veifiy my acvount is active scam scam the number on form 4845256755

and how were you able to report it to the FBI he called me to and im concern because i gave out my information thinking it was legit since i did sign up for a payday loan

Did you get the loan because i got an email  and it wasn't in my junk or spam and they sent a contract with it.
