Some debt collector saying he wants to call him back because I owe debt. Never picked up. He uses a variety of numbers all with the same last suffix "8666".

Received a call asking for a relative. When I asked the reason for the call, I was told it's a personal matter. I am still wondering who gave them my number

This man called asking to speak to a relative. I have no idea how he found my number. I called back, and he explained that it was a private matter. He needed to speak with that person.

This person(s) is very persistent on calling. I scan the calls because the few times I have answered I get a run around about they needing to speak to someone else in my family, that they can not directly talk to me. So why the hell call MY number? Never leaves a message. It is getting on my nerves; I have no debt in collections either. It needs to stop.
