I wish I had a dollar for every call marked unprovided, out of area, not provided etc.  It would be better than winning the lottery.
This one called, left no name, no message.  Really, is there a politician that would like to win votes by vowing to take these types of calls and make them illegal?

They are illegal, but because of the technology they use, they're very hard to catch. Put your number on the Do Not Call list if it's not already, and report a complaint every time you get a call like this. The government can use the pattern of reports to help track the calls and bust the crooks who do this.
