Another one of those callers that refuse to leave a message.  If I don't know who you are whether your name comes up on caller id or not, I am not going to answer the phone.  If you are really itnerested in talking to me, leave a message!  If I want - I will call you.

Received a call yesterday and just now.  Caller ID says "FLAKE WILKERSON" and the number is "501-217-3296".

Flake Wilkerson 501-217-3296 these people have called incessantly, never leave a message, when my son answered they asked for me but spoke so low that he could barely hear them.  They are calling 2-3 times daily and make me quite insane.

Asked for me and then hung up before I got to the phone.  I called *69 and got the number and dialed it.  It was Flake Wilkerson, a company that does surveys.  I am on the "Do Not Call" list and am not sure if this is a violation or not.

Morons keep calling me and don't speak when I answer the phone.  Someone have some legit contact information for this company so I can open up a can of whoop ass?

Got a call from this number but they didn't leave a message. The call came in at 8:51pm. I did some research and found the website. It's http://fw-mi.com/ We are on the Do Not Call list, so I plan on filing a complaint.

I also got called by this number and it was to my cell phone. What the heck is going on here

I got a call on my cell from them but was in a meeting and could not answer.  I called them back (I fail to see why people are afraid to call phone numbers they don't know?!?) and got a recording, "blah blah blah, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SURVEY COMPANIES ARE EXEMPT FROM THE DO NOT CALL LIST."  I expect they'll call again.  If so, I'll answer and see what the survey is about.

Didn't pick up the phone. This is getting annoying. Calls seem to be picking up this month.

When I was a child, we never got calls from telemarketers. When is this world going to be normal again?

Got a call and they hung up as soon as I awnsered,,I am on Do Not Call List,,Prosecute them for sure..

They keep calling my cell phone.  Annoying!!!!!

I got a call from this Flake Wilkerson company which is a survey company. They say on their automated call that they are EXEMPT from the Do Not Call list since they BENEFIT the consumer. Then the message says if you want to be added to the INTERNAL DO NOT CALL LIST do so after the beep, well the beep never comes instead it says I am sorry we cannot do that at this time. Then it tells you to do some other things..and I get a beep and you are supposed to leave your name and company name then all of a sudden it tries to transfer you. ALthough, this never works either and you keep getting the same repeated msg on leaving your name and company name.

They called and said they were doing a survey for Qwest regarding calls that we supposedly made to the Qwest Customer Service Center.

We are a Qwest (Old Northwestern Bell & Pacific Bell) customer. They may be exempt on this call because of our relationship with Qwest and the fact that they are surveying.

Another unwanted call at dinnertime, of course.  When else?  The caller said something like, is this _ _ _- _ _ _ _ ? And I said, "don't know what you're selling, but this number is on the Do Not Call list".  And I promptly hung up.  I guess this person, company, whatever, doesn't respect the National Do Not Call list.  They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible!!

i wish there was someone in our federal govt using our tax dollars to clamp down on these unethical telemarketers who, when you ask to be taken off their list, hang up in your face, or who force you to waste your time listening to a long prerecorded advertising message before they give you the option to be removed from their call list.  even then, you can't be sure if they're really doing it.  or how about the aggressive ones who are trying to sell you a Sprint phone, and when you politely say, "please remove me from your call list," they argue with you and try to make you feel like a moron because you're turning down a free phone...

Recieved a call from 501-217-3296.  No response on the line when I answered. I wonder how the telemarketing employees feel when they get a call like this disturbing them at home on a weekend afternoon? Like the nickname says, telemarketers need to get a real job and leave us alone...........

In my opinion the tatic that Flake Wilkerson uses is just another form of telemarketing. I mean they use survey tactics to promote a company even to the point of claiming they had been contacted first. If you are truly doing a survey then there should be no mention of having ties to the company they are representing. In other words they should only ask comparison questions seeking desirability of at least three companies. Also if they do make claims to be added to another type of DO NOT CALL list then they need to make good on it or be prosecuted for false advertisement & if for some reason that part of the system is malfunctioning then they need to provide a means to get back into their system to get on that list at a later date. Anything less is just proof the responsible entity is not as upstanding as they claim to be and just being as frivalous as normal telemarketers. It just goes to show that someone will always find a loophole to abuse the system to disrupt the lives of people trying to relax and live peaceably without the harrassment of public society.

I keep getting calls from 501-217-3296 so i called their headquarters and they said they were exempt from the national do not call list but that they would take me off their "do not call list". hopefully this will help. marketing people should be sent to an island where they are forced to hear ringing phones all day.
