Got a call from them yesterday, just called that number back today. There was just a recorded message "Please press any digit to be removed from this list. This may take 24 to 48 hours, thank you". It plays twice before disconnecting the call. Most likely just a joke, probably doesn't do anything at all.

I am so damned sick and tired of being harassed in the privacy of my own home.

ELECT ME PRESIDENT AND THINGS WILL CHANGE OVERNIGHT. I WON'T ASK CONGRESS'S OR THE HOUSE'S APPROVAL. Called today.  Caller ID said "Marketing".  I didn't answer, of course, and they didn't leave a message.

Called my cell phone yesterday afternoon.  Left no message.  Do Not Call Registry doesn't seem to have much effect.

Caller I.D. said marketing.  I got a auto voice recording saying: "Hello this is Diane.." then went on to say something about a deal on getting carpets steam cleaned.  I was not given the option to remove my phone number, only to press one to speak to a representative, so when I did that and told them not to call anymore that I was on the Do Not Call List, she immediately hung up.

Call from Amanda for air duct cleaning

"Marketing" showed up on the Caller ID, I let it ring, as always, when unknown number.  Ended before going to the Voice Mail.  Haven't got "Carpet cleaning" and/or "Duct Cleaning" calls in ages, so I guess they are still live and well.  Blocked now.

Mine was carpet cleaning.

Called 2nd time today. Maybe next time I'll block it.  Most numbers don't repeat so I figure if I don't block till they've called 2 or 3 times, I won't waist my call blocking capacity on one-hit-wonders and max out too fast.

I got the same call from same number and said 'Marketing'.  Didn't answer it.  There is a carpet cleaning company in the Temecula, Hemet, Murrieta, Perris and Riverside area who get people, more specifically elders, to have their carpets cleaned by this company.  At least 2 reports in August 2014 where expensive and heirloom jewelry were stolen during the cleaning process.

The Do Not Call Registry is ONLY for legitimate businesses.  Legitimate businesses check the Do Not Call Registry, and if you are on it, they do not call you.  It is only these scammers that disrespect the registry and everyone else!  The very fact that they are so disrespectful is more than enough reason to not even entertain talking to them.  Read the post that says they prey on older people and at some point, someone's jewelry and valuables were missing once they gained entry to their home!

it's Diane again from a new number listed under the the guise of Marketing to try to sell you a carpet cleaning services. I am tired of this call it has spoofed so many numbers by now I have lost count.

Well, ok.  3rd call today so they're history.

Got call today from this number at 1:36PM. Caller ID listed 15012375048 where name should have been. Recorded message from Diane about carpet cleaning special. Press 1 to get appointment but no number to be removed from call list.

I hung up on this call. They did not leave a message.

I set an appointment with them. When they come to my home I'll be polite and get all their identifying information including contractor licensing. Then some complaints will be made.

Got a call a few minutes ago.  Caller ID said marketing, I did not pick up and they left message.  Carpet cleaning company. I am on DO NOT CALL LIST!!!

Just called , Phone ID "MARKETING" . Did not answer , and no message left . According to others here , looks like I need to block .

So, they called again today.  That's the 4th time, 1st time since I blocked them.  Let's see what happens now.
