It gives a recording of my full name then a female voice comes on and says that I have fraudulent claims against my name and ss# and there will be claims filed against me and papers will be served at my place of employment or home and once that occurs I cannot do anything. when you try to call the number back, you get a recording and then is states you cannot leave  a message the box is full. Scam?  I don't know of anything I have outstanding.

I have been getting the same thing for almost a year. I have never received anything in the mail or other wise. It's just another scam out there to get money from people.

As a Business, we just got the call for the same thing, we called back and got a very rude lady who yelled at us when we told her it was a HIPPA violation to leave a message like that on a business phone. Just a scam.

Thanks for the info. I figured as much, I was getting the same thing from another number, 419-794-9068 from Ohio, was the same type of recording.
If people would use their brains and time for something good, we'd all be better off.

Got a call just now from this number, came to here to research.  The explanation of the call is the same as the commenter above.  I'll pay this no mind.

I am receiving the same call both at home and work. They have been harassing me for about 2 years now over something I paid and have proof. Called them back and told them I am being harassed and they need to stop. They hung up on me. Last time I heard from this number was 4 months ago.

I just got a call from this number and I called back and the guy threatened to come to my job and said I owed from a loan in 2010 ...what is this

I just received a call similar to this at my place of employment.  It was a recording of a female voice stating there was (2) charges being filed against me in my county.  I called the number back and spoke to a lady stating her name is Stacey Washington from "Inc. Tell Information".  She had the last four digits of my social and an old address from 2010.  She stated it was from a payday loan taken out by Triple Services LLC from 2012.  I did not take a payday loan out in 2012 nor have I every heard of this company.  I had a few payday loans but they were paid in full.  She did not request an updated address, however, did request to secure payment through a credit card.  I told her I was at work and will have to get back to her after I investigate the matter further.  As I heard whispers in the background, she stated I will continue to receive calls at my place of employment and will be served papers and my home or job until I clear the matter.  When I asked for documentation of proof of the payday loan, she stated after payment is received, they will mail out the documentation.  "yeah..ain't happening".

Just got the same call as everyone in the other comments called back and got a recording  just a scam

You are NOT warned if a summons is coming!!  Mention the calls to your employer.  It is also illegal to give information to a third party!  It is also illegal to continue to call you at work after you have told them to stop.

You will receive documentation AFTER you pay???  They are required BY LAW to mail a written proof of the debt within 5 days of YOUR request - not the way they want to do it.

Got a call, female recording, then in middle the input the person they are looking for, Ian M***********, um, no one here by that name.

Pay this SCAM no mind.   However,  a new law indicates you can get $ out of people by contacting a lawyer & saving any harassing calls or messages...

I had recd a few calls a couple weeks ago, I knew it was a scam because they had me taking out a loan in my maiden name and that never would have happened...They switch the story a little and started again...I told them to just serve me.  It does make me nervous that after I was talking to the 2nd guy, he had everything on me...My new name, new address and entire ssn.  Who can I report this to?

Got a call looking for on my husband number he uses his number for work only i dont recognize the number i dont answer but its everyday there leaving messages on his phone for me the messages are the same as above about serivng a summons and all that same bs

The number 501 291 1947 is just another number used by the same people that use 405 673 5800.  When calling the 501 number you get a recording that you have to leave your case number and a call back number.  I have called the 405 number a number of times and asked them to please serve me.  I really would like them to serve me.  I am retired.  I own my home (no mortgage), no credit card debt - nothing.  These people are also violating Minnesota Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by having a computer call and leave messages.  I really would like them to serve me!  These people clearly belong in jail.
Today is June 29, 2015 and their computer called at 1:30pm

The same call exactly,but when I call back no answer,they called my cell and home,don't know I they called my job yet,but I work for the federal government they can call if they want to they will get served!

Just got this call at 2:15pm, called my cell phone.  I'll ignore it.
