They want me to verify my business google plus listing.

Although I do not have a google plus account they falsely state that my restaurant is closed on Sundays.  Many people have told me they are surprised that we are now open on Sundays. We have always been open on Sundays. The people at this number are very rude and sarcastic and claim they will correct the "error" for 199 dollars and a continuing fee of 19.95 per month.

They tried the same trick with me. Told me my business account was started up and I hadn't paid the fee yet. I told them two things, I never signed any agreement and to stuff their bill. Then I blocked the number.

A long message - recorded - I waited, pushed #1 - spoke to  man who said he worked for Google - "that's the name on my check" - and refused to take our number off his call list, said there was no list, this although I explained that his company's calls and similar sales calls were interfering with taking care of patients.  He was increasingly rude.  The phone number seems to be in Little Rock.

Just called me and wanted to update my Google listing. Stated it wasn't claimed (it is). The moment I asked what company I was talking to they hung up on me.

When I have calls from unknown numbers from out of state, I take the call but don't say a word. So nothing happened from that number, I hung up and blocked it.

Recorded message saying that I am "very important" to them and they have "tried to contact [me] several times" ... about claiming a Google+ business listing. I can press 1 to speak with someone, or 2 to be removed from their list. I pressed 2 and it disconnected me.

Called, I didn't answer. They hung up and called right back. I didn't answer, they left no message.  :P

Another annoying Google telemarketer recordered voice message

This same people called me asking for my information. When I asked for their company name and told them they cannot claim to be Google, they began threatening me. Who the hell are these guys and how do we report them to the police???

I just hung up on the fake number. Can't believe it's more of the same Google scam, but I bet Google has the technology to fix this and just doesn't bother

The call and have a long message saying that they are from Google and that our company's information needs updating or that there's a special offer just for our company and if we don't act now, it will go to the next company like ours in the area (they call multiple times a day.) They say they'll only speak to the business owner or the person in charge of marketing and if i'm one of them (I'm in charge of marketing) to press one, if not press two to be taken off the calling list. I tried pressing two (I've been at this company for a month now, it's been going on for longer than that) but they still call. So I decided to press one, and as soon as I tell them I'm in charge of marketing, they hang up.

Keeps calling, leaves no message

I asked for the caller's full name and a callback number. He gave me what I can only assume is a fake name, and stated that his callback number is "1-###-###-nevermind"... then hung up.

501-475-3270.  "Hi!  I'm Kate.  I'm calling from Google..."  I hung up.

These nose hairs call trying to scam people out of money.  Irritating.

Gosh, Kate must have been fired by Google, for she just called me from Cust Srvc and it was very important that she speak to the business owner.  As I do not, nor ever  had, a business and as I am in my 80's.........I usually do not answer these calls but as I was expecting a refrigerator repairman to call,  I did answer, but alas, it was  "Kate".
