I am blocking them from my phone.  Not sure how they got the recording and I never have been to Little Rock Arkansas. This is scary to what they will do!

The "two cases against you" scam strikes again.  Simply ignore and block the calls.  These people are just trying to scare you into paying something.  Don't fall for it.

    Report them:

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection  (Threatening arrest or criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a clear violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now. If you can find them.

I received the same type of call. I checked my bank, Social security, the county sheriff's department, filed a complaint with the FTC and my attorney general's office. I also checked my credit report and my local county circuit court no such complaint. Do not give them any information.

I've been having these people call everyday on my ex mother-in-laws "house" phone. They told her 2 warrants will be issued against me on Monday. They kept asking her for my social security number and she told them she doesn't know it plus asked her if I had children by her son. She informed them is wasn't their business and to quit calling. Everytime I call the number from my cell phone, it rings then goes to a voicemail but won't let you leave a message cause it's full. But when my ex mother-in-law calls from her house phone, they answer. There's definitely something fishy going on.

received calls from number mentioned above but believe its fraud a collection company would call first and they record their calls. I did have payday loans in the past but all have been settled with a firm specializing with that kind of debt, thats how I knew they were a fraudlent company.  Plus the name given was Processing  something Pavillions and i was not able to look them up on the web at all not even a phone number.

Same calls..from Georgia Arkansas and Alabama within last 2 months.
Reported to ftc they can't help as I don't have enough info on the company, name add....
I phoned both my county and nearby county the msg stated that I was being served from and there is nothing on file under my name.
When I did speak with them couple months ago, they refused to give me info on the matter, an address, and the phone number they called from did not answer when I immediately called back...right after I hung up on them for stating I was going to jail and I could tell it to the judge.
Not answering calls now. Have blocked 3 numbers so far...not sure what else to do.

Vague vague vague:  Female caller says she is from the Process and Summons division, but all my personal info is spoken by a computer.  She says it looks like fraudulent activity is attached to my name. and once I am served, blah blah blah.  I am no criminal.  So stand firm to these folks. and don't give them any information. If they cannot confirm your address and last 4 of your ssn, they are s.o.l.

We are receiving these calls as well. I reported it to the Attorney General of my state, and also the commission of banking. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do ~ they are scammers and DO NOT call them back or give ANY information!
