Found no message from it.

Called and would not identify what company they were with. I Asked if it was a sales call and said definitely not.  Still would not identify the company and I said I didn't need to talk to him.  He said of course not since I was a debtor and I hung up.  Must be a collection agency.  Very uninformative and sarcastic.  I do NOT owe anything to anyone.  Wrong number.

They also call on Sunday, which is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

NCC collections

I receive several calls from this number per week and I would like for them to stop. I do not answer the phone and they do not leave a message and when i call the number back it prompts you by asking you questions.

This number called me, left about a 1 and a half minute voice mail but never spoke. I called back the number and it wouldnt even ring. I kept calling and it finally started to ring and a recording kicks in and it is some debt collection agency, something Commonwelth Corporation or something like that. Never got to speak with an actual person to inquire as to why they were calling me. This number has called me on Saturday's and Sundays.

I get several calls a day from this number on my cell phone.  I don't answer calls I don't know who they are.  They don't leave a message, or if they do it is just silence or background noise.  I don't owe any late bills or anything either, so I know none of my stuff is in collections.  Any legit companies I do business with also have my work number, and this caller does not call my work number.  They call my cell on weekends, early mornings, late nights, any time.  Frustrating as heck.  I'm also reporting it to our state attorney general.

Calls my daughter almost daily and says nothing, leaves messages, etc. Collecting agency harrassing an adolescent.....awesome.

This number called and got push 1 for English, followed by please hold.  I did then a man got on the line and asked if he could help me????  I told him they called me and he hung up.  he identified the company but all I could understand was something financial.  If a company calls I expect them to know why they called, and if it is yet another company looking for Alice Warren, Alice Gibson, or Alice Badeaux, she does not, nor has ever lived here!

This number calls me daily.  I also called back and man answered, "how can I help you?"   "I'm returning your call," I said.  He then hung up!  

Strange, why wouldn't they identify themselves?  They are calling for someone that evidently had this number in the past.  I can at least clue them in that I've had the same number for nearly two years, and I do not know the person they are calling, but they have to speak with me.  

I mean, if they are debt collectors they will have to identify themselves anyhow.  Truly bizarre.

This number calls daily 7 days a week and never leaves any message for anyone.I HAVENT a clue as to who they are.They call on a unknown number so no one here answer those who dont want anyone to know who they are.If you want someone to answer identify yourself.Im unknown as you are.

This number called and got push 1 for English, followed by please hold.  I did then a woman got on the line and asked if she could help me????  I told her you called me! She asked for someone, couldn't understand the name but it wasn't me. I told her wrong number, and take it off your list.

This number calls my cell phone a few times a week, using up my minutes that I can barely afford to buy. I wished that I could do the same for them. :-)

Keep getting calls from this number on our daughters new cell phone but they never leave a msg and if you answer no one is ever there, just dead air. Called back and it said it was "NCC Collections, a Division of Commonwealth Financial Collections", I looked it up and it turns out it's a well known low-rent collection agency with a reputation for being rude and not following federal laws for collections. It wouldn't even let me leave a msg to tell them that they had the wrong number. I don't even need to talk to them to know that because it's my 15 year old daughters brand new cell phone and obviously she doesn't owe anything to anyone and neither do we and we JUST got this cell phone and haven't given to anyone yet except a few of her school friends and her grandparents.

I am getting calls from this number and company at 8.03 and 7:30 am my time everyday of the week now.I thought there were laws that stopped this early and late calling?These guys are rude as hell when you ask them why they are even calling you.Whats funny though they just get a name and they start calling numders and the person they are looking for isnt even known here,but they keep calling daily and nightly.What a damn joke.No wonder people file bankruptcy with these [***] doing the calling like everyone they call is the right number.

Exact same experience as sugarmagnolia, who are these people and what do they want.  They won't even let you know!

I kept geting calls from this number when I got my landline. Assuming they picked it up from a directory I answered one day it said the press one for english then a guy answered "Hi how are you today?" I said sir take my number off your list he told me this is not a sales call so I said then who are you looking for he gave me some name in which I told him he had the wrong number and he said they would take me off thier list lets see. They made many harring calls before now lets hope they stop.
