502-272-0629 Just the latest number in the Senior Falling Scam---(Life Alert; Medical Alert; Senior Aid)

Called my Dad.  Caller ID said Med Benefit but they claimed to be from the VA and said they would be sending him his diabetes medicine.  He kept trying to tell them he didn't have diabetes.
He wanted my Dad's social security number and mailing address.  He had a phillipino accent.

I got calls from this 3 times and there was never anyone on the line.  When I called back I was asked to push 1 to opt out of future calls.

They have called us twice in the last 2 days.  I will add them to my Blocked calls list!

Medical alert scam.

Does anyone know how I can block this number.  I have a direct line at work that used to be a residential line.
Outbound calls here register as a different number and thus I have been listening to their message for at least a year.
I held one time and some Indian guy hung up on me.

Received ROBO message 11/10/2014 @ 4:23 pm. 1st one received on 11/6/2014 @ 10:17 a.m.

Called them back to be taken off their calling list (haha funny!) and it was a fast busy signal. Repeatedly.

No phone number or company identification except what was provided through caller ID. MED BENEFIT 502-272-0629.
