Please STOP calling my phone

I get the call today at 6:47am and no message

This is Sears credit cards...they push them on people in the store and then make a big mystery of what they want when they call your cell then your house.  And then won't tell your spouse who they are when they get you out of the shower on a weekend morning.  A message on my bill would have been just as effective. But the call centers sell their service to the companies based on "production" not customer service.

If you tell them that the person who they are asking for does not live at the home, you don't know them, and don't have business with them or the caller, they are supposed to stop calling if you ask them to.

I received a call from 502 357 7997 and when I first picked up they hung up on me, they called back and this time did not ID self and just asked if this call was in Vernon Hills, and when I said yes they hund up. This is deceptive whoever is it that is calling.

Funny thing is, you try to call the number back and it's not a working number.  Deceptive...

They start calling you once your 5 days past your due date... AMAZING. They hit you with a late payment fee and then harass the heck out of you by calling every 2 hours. You would think your account was 90 days past due on this type of urgency contact by them !!!

In my case our check got lost. I paid my normal monthly amoint online today...Now they have the balls to call me and say I didn't pay the full minimum due...which includes this months amount. This months statement amount isn't due until 10/20.  No way in heck are they getting that $$ right now. I'll pay them the other amount  when the amount is due.in mid October
