Called at 11:40 pm. No message.

Called at 4:48pm - busy signal when redialed.
Left a voice mail of 30 sec silence.

Got call but they hung up before I could answer

Same as Ken, they called me and hung up once I answered the call.  I just blocked them on my phone.

No voicemail left, called # back and got a recording saying it was a rewards program based on a website and hold for a $100 rebate card. Assuming Scam.

They called but hung up after 2 rings, before i could even get to my phone.  No voicemail was left either.

Offered rebate card. When I answered was asked for my name. When I refused they hung up

Called, and left no message.

This number called my cell phone and didn't leave a message.
