Number came up as store I shop at but alas another spoofed number.

ID read Chico 0131.  There was no message.

Caller ID said "Chicos" as in clothing stores, I presume. Then said "Don't hang up, this is not a sales call". But it was.

This number, 502-554-9754 with Chico 1031 above. In the end it said something like, press 1 to receive your prescription pain medicine and 5 if we should notify your health care professional that you declined this offer." To me, many people would feel pressured to avoid ordering whatever they offered. I wonder where they got their phone list. Did they hack doctors' offices/data? WHEN I CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK TO GET ON DNC LIST, the message said NOT A WORKING NUMBER!

Same caller ID as above.  No message left.  I don't answer calls from numbers that I do not recognize.  Just another nuisance call.
