received a call a few days ago about supposed fraud charges will be brought against me in my county due to fraud charges using my SSN and name. message was a female voice except when it said my name that was in a robot voice. ironicly I work for fraud detection lol

I have received the same call over and over with the same message saying they are bringing fraud charges against me and that I will have papers brought to my home or place or employment I agree with everyone saying that it sounds like a robot that is calling and threatening us I am glad that I found other's in the same boat as I am. I do owe for couple things but I can't trust that this is one of them and I am working with a attorney to help me make sure that if it is the real thing. I wish these damn people would just get a life and leave us alone. :)

OK really.  I stopped the calls from the 800 number and now the same calls start on this number.  I have an attorney working on my credit issues from identity theft.  I think if I had any fraudulent activity that they would tell me.  I will be filing harassment charges on you when you are found so I guess the tables have turned.  You are committing fraud not me.

U r not alone they are calling from different numbers.  I as well have a lawyer.

I'm glad to hear I ain't the only one receiving these calls! It's getting annoying, they've called me & left a voicemail twice.

Just got a call from this number, went to voice mail. They left message  about being served with a summons on 2 instances regarding fraudulent activity attached to my name, except it wasn't my name they left, and ssn. Message was in a female voice and the name was a computerized voice. It left a case # and told me to call back and speak with their legal department.

I recv'd a call from this number  502-654-6354 saying that  they were filing charges for charges and so on ..  saying to call there legal department and refer to a file number, these people are pathedic and will be retainging an actual attorney to look into the matter.

i got the same calls as well .....they are a scam they tried to say they were representing my county..........i talked to several people from that number ......i asked them for a direct address they refused to give me one..........i also think they stole my husband;s identity because they are trying to use an old account that was already done and paid for .......as long as they keep this up im going to keep reporting them......i have been dealing with this for 2 1/2 years .......and i have had enough !!!! .........by the way the supervisor;s name supposively is Eric Beckett ..........they have become sneakier by the moment and the day ......by changing numbers and using the overflow excuse .......lol sad idiots is what they are .....

I thought I was loosing my mind! I have been receiving calls over and over from this number stating they are filing charges againist me in my county for fraudulent activity attached to my name and SSN.  They call from different numbers I guess trying to get me to answer.  I have had some things in the past but know I have paid them and I believe someone has gotten a hold on my SSN and now threating me.  I called one attorney for help and they said that they couldnt help me because they have tired to go after these scam companies and they can't find an actual address or live person in this country.  Im at my witts end if anyone has an attorney and is helping in their situation please forward the information to me.  Thanks

This # leaves a robotic message and then when I tried to call back it gave a fast busy.  It finally answered when I blocked my cell #.  They were continually leaving a pre-recorded message to my Human Resources Dept.  It is illegal for them to leave a message indicating they have two outstanding fraud charges with your county and specifying you will be summoned at your job or home.  

According the Fair Dept Collection Dept, they cannot threaten you with something they cannot legally do.  Plus they do not leave the name of the company but state they are calling from the Processing Dept.  I have filed a complaint with the Federal Communication Commission as well as my state attorney general's office.

My ex mother in law and a robotic voice asking for me saying I have fraud charges against me in my county. No known charges exist.  the number is 502 654 6364. Is there anyone that can help me file charges against these people?

This is a total scam... i got the woman all flustered...she started making up stuff... she started falling over herself... THIS IS A SCAM... Dont buy into it... here is how i know... Its collecting for ACE Cash Express... guess what... I WORK FOR THEM...and I work in their Legal Department... She is a moron... DONT FALL FOR THIS GARBAGE...

I also had an attorney last year.  He worked for six months against these people and he was threatened at least once that I know of.  Also, the 800 numbers were blocked on my phone and they are calling using toll numbers.  I am current on all of my bills and have nothing in collections.

How do I get these people to stop calling - they have my last name wrong - it is a robo call - fraud and summons to apprear in court threat - is a constant thing for months.
