I'm getting calls from this number on an hourly basis at my work phone, just a beeping sound. No person at the other end.

I'm getting a call from this number also. have to heard anything about this number.

Calls come in in the middle of night anywhere from 12am - 5am. Only the beep sounds come in and no person on the other side. The caller ID says HUMANA INC.

been getting calls from this # for a few days now between 3 - 4 a.m.  they are calling my daughters cell phone.  nothing but dead air on the other end and when I tried to call the # it rings and rings no one ever picks up.

How can this constant calling be stopped. I reported it the Telephone Co, am on the current Do not call list, even the FCC.  This is a real problem.

I just received the same type of call with only beeping to an office phone.  It is a 'swtich' board phone number on a VOIP connection.  Has anyone found out what this is?

I just got this beep call about 12 times I tried sending a fax and it will not go through.

Approx. every 2 weeks or so I get a call from ID # 502-722-9148 todays session so far started @ 2:34,2:39,2:45---- 5:21,5:27,5:33,7:41,7:47. If I let the Answering Machine pick-up there is a beep like a fax machine and nothing else. Same if we answer it. I must tell you it is annoying as HELL!!
   I looked up the area code and it tells me it comes from Simpsonville, Ky. I would appreciate it if we could get this stopped ASAP!!

I got a call from this number in the middle of the night and now it is continuing throughout the day.

This call is coming into our office as a fax machine. It is terribly annoying. Has anyone been able to find out any answers. If its Humana (health insurance?)

I called Humana Inc. at 1-800-486-2620 and reported all the calls I was getting.  They told me that they would look into it and I have not gotten any more of the calls since!

Today I received this call several times between 3 to 6 pm and again few minutes back at 7:50 pm. It says noting but a beep sound.

OMG!  Make it stop! Started at 11:00 pm last night and has continued all through the night and into today.

Thanks for all these posts, I was able to contact the company thanks to the 1-800 # posted here, otherwise I didn't know what to do as I got on my call display was the number 1-502-722-9148 and no company name and no way to track down who was making these calls.

I called Bell Canada (as I reside in Canada) and they told me I could add a service (for a fee) to my home phone package to reroute that call.  But why should I have to pay every month just to block one number.  So, so glad I found this site.  

I called the company to report it and hopefully that will make it stop.

I have received nonstop calls from this number. I tried calling the 800 number listed here but of course, no business hours on Saturday. Wonder where the calls came from then? I am determined to get this stopped. 16 calls yesterday and already 2 today at 6:08 and 6:09 AM. I took my phone off the hook but this is not right, as I have parents in poor health. So annoying.

STOP freaking filling up my machine and calling me every 2 minutes. I'm about to file a bloody lawsuit!!!!

22 calls; even tried to fax them back but to no avail.
What can we do?

I keep getting calls since 4:00 pm today, 1-02-2013. The phone rings, when I answer a loud beep comes on for a few seconds then it hangs up. But then they call back, every few seconds! I'm exhausted! Please make them stop!

Calls repeatedly. No message.

The phone # 502-722-9148 and 502-405-7035 has called my son's cell phone 15 times all within the last 27 minutes with beeps on the other end when you answer.  With no way to make it stop.
